Ok this hotel is very spread out on different floor different levels.. and quite stuck in time. The rooms themselves are clean and off good standard but very unwelcoming reception and most staff not all lack personality. The bar nxt door is such a contrast welcoming and sociable with good food.. It's a good 15/20 minute walk up hill from...

We stayed in one of the self catering apartments in October. The apartment had everything you might need, we found a welcome package of eggs, bread, milk, tea etc on our arrival, which was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and quite large, the bed was comfy. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We had to book for a week...

We rented a Grange Hotel self catering unit for one week. It was the perfect choice. The flat was remarkably large, although the kitchen was tiny, with modest equipment - it was perfect for quick meals and snacks. We used it a lot. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom clean and large. The self catering units also share a laundry...

If you like a bit of old fashioned instead of modern then this hotel won't fail. Long established, it's a charm you can relax in. Clean and very comfy bed! Lovely breakfast and in the evenings a bar you can relax in and excellent bar meals and a great variety of choice and all good value for money. I had...

Room was clean and good-sized for a single, and although I arrived early, it was ready to go. The staff at the front desk (and everywhere else in the hotel, for that matter) was friendly and competent, gave very succint and helpful information, and was extremely accomodating to requests and questions. The food in the bar was good, and the...

I had trouble finding my room, as there was no lift, and five different lots of little steps and staircases. Very quirky, but nice. A lovely old-fashioned lounge, and a reading room were available. The room itself was fine, although the velvet headboard was a bit dated. Nice comfy bed. The receptionist was very helpful re taxis. Delighted to see...

We stayed in one of the apartments and receptionist saw that i had some mobility issues and went to change the flat to a ground floor one. I couldn't fault them at all. The flat is quite spacious and very comfortable. Originally we were going to do our own meals but the meals were so nice in the restaurant we...

Stayed a couple of days here on business room 8. Room was clean, comfortable and generally good. New bathrooms where nice, not quite in keeping with rest of room but not a big issue. Food in the bar area was decent enough although bar was a little dated and could do with a bit of tlc. Food choice was good....

Situated just yards from bus stops to and from the town, this hotel is ideal for getting to all parts of Guernsey (and at just £1.00 per journey!). Check in was speedy and we were soon in our large room which overlooked the front of the hotel. Although it's on a main road, we weren't really troubled by any noise,...
