We spent the New Year period at the Duke of Normandie and, as always, had a fantastic stay. We are regular visitors to Guernsey, trying to visit family as often as we can, and always stay at this hotel.  We endorse all the many positive reviews, and totally reiterate all the great comments made – we are already looking forward...

The staff are extremely attentive and the hotel is beautiful and clean. The restaurant is a must. Had the best ribs I've had in a long time! I will most definitely stay here again when I am in Guernsey for business.

I had to stay on short notice and was able to biik a great rate through Trip Advisor. First of all, if you are driving here from the airport, it is kind of a trek and confusing driving through St. Peter Port. Once you find the Duke... you can relax. It is a very clean and friendly hotel with a...

Lovely hotel, walking distance to the harbour and the bus terminal, from which you can venture out to explore the island(s). The room - overlooking the court yard - was quiet, the bed was perfect, and the fresh fruit salad at breakfast even better. Áine was very welcoming, as were the rest of the staff.

My friend and I stayed at the Duke of Normandie for four nights over new year. We both had mini rooms – which are indeed small but have everything you could need. This included a mini bar, desk, chest of drawers ironing board safe, tea and coffee and very good hair dryer. My room did not have a view –...

We booked a room at this hotel for the second time in a year. A great bargain at half price! We were in a room that was separate from the main hotel. The room was a good size, warm with a large extremely comfortable bed. Probably the best we've ever slept in at a hotel. It was wonderful. The bathroom...

The staff were amazing, they were very accommodating, we would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were excellent and service was very good. We ate in the Tipsy Pig and the food was very good, they had a good range of beer, spirits and wine.
