Visited on a solo trip. There was an issue with my room - two were booked? Why would I book 2 rooms. These desperate crowd charged me for both and took great joy in doing so ! Well done! Horrible service

We decided to have a short staycation at the Club Hotel &Spa, what an absolute treat. Our first “holiday” in months and we all enjoyed an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff are marvelous, friendly and they cannot do too much for their guests. Our room was lovely and considering the restrictions quite correctly placed upon us all, well equipped. It was a trifle cold however, but this really was not a problem. We dined at Bohemia which was, as usual perfect, the tasting menu was phenomenal totally bursting with flavours. The staff here too are first class, they looked after our every whim, generally before we could even think of asking. Breakfast the following day was also excellent. We had a great time, the special offer on overnight stays is fantastic value, we need to support this lovely hotel, during this difficult pperiod for everyone.

We booked an overnight stay with our friends on the Gourmet offer which included The Tasting Menu in Bohemia which was superb! The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. We made use of the Spa and booked two treatments, a massage which was really good and I had a facial which was done by Jo. She is very professional and the treatment was so relaxing and well worth having! Thank you Jo! Breakfast on Sunday was also good with a good selection of drinks, pastries, cereals and hot food. We will definitely stay again at this lovely hotel and can thoroughly recommend it.

Having visited Jersey three times at three different hotels in the last couple of months, I can really recommend The Club. While the rooms are not huge, they do have the comfiest beds of almost any hotel I have ever stayed in. But more than that Tim, the general manager, leads a great team of thoughtful and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfasts are great and, happy to report that in these covid times, this hotel takes social distancing and other precautions seriously

we were really looking forward to 3 night stay and using our Jersey vouchers towards the cost. We are sad to say that the hotel is very average. At no time during the stay did we feel the standard was 5 star. We are very surprised that this hotel has 5 stars as the hotel and service was not in any way in the same league as Longueville Manor or the Atlantic hotel. There were some positives but every experience was spoiled in some way usually by poor service. Hotel Club and Spa definately needs to up its game, many more better hotels in Jersey. First impression of bedroom wasnt great. Big fat dead fly in the bed, no welcome package which was poor, Jersey has local produce that could have been offered such as LaMare bottle of wine. 5 star hotel and the coffee was cheap nasty Nescafe sachets that you can get in any 2 star establishment. TV was standard channels, 5 star hotel but no freeview or Netflix as standard in any other place. Room very beige, was clean but without any character. Oh dear onto next disappointment. We had pre booked the 3 course michelin star lunch on our arrival. We were met by a surly restaurant manager who did not offer any welcome but was insistent that we were not booked in. Only relented when i showed him the confirmation email- no apology provided. The meal was exceptional but ruined by the break neck speedin which the courses were delivered. I had to ask repeatedly for at least 10 minutes to digest the course. We later discovered that we were overcharged by £40 and yet again met by surly manager who appeared annoyed no apology. We were also over charged in the bar by at least £12 so please be aware. The food from the bar on the Saturday night was very average and were really sad to have to wait for over an hour for our food. Poor standard of service in the bar-it was a busy Saturday night and felt sorry for the onky 1 waiter we saw trying to keep everyone happy. 5 star and only 1 waiter not acceptable at all. I am happy to say that although the spa facility was definately not 5 star standard that the spa staff are the one true asset. By far Joanne was the most warm, welcoming and professional member of staff-well done. The treatments were amazing although my partners massage was 40 minutes rather than 55. In summary this hotel disappoints on too many levels to be worth the 5 star rating, a real shame as there are some great staff trying but too many staff not providing 5 star service. We will not return or recommend
