I stayed here for two nights while on business and it met my needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were a very good standard. It would not be my choice if going on a holiday break as it is quite basic. It is also a good distance out of town; not a problem if the weather...

This older hotel has been updated and is a lovely place to stay when visiting Jersey. Our 5 night stay included the ferry over from Poole, with breakfast and evening dinners making it excellent value. The food was all very good with high compliments to the chef and staff. Our room was spacious and very clean, near the road on...

Stayed here for one night with 2 friends. The car park took a bit of a search to find as there were no signs on the road to direct us. We were greeted at Reception by Tamara who was very friendly and helpful. We checked in and were given a permit to park our car in the carpark. We were...

We booked the Ommaroo for a three night stay in St Helier and it was a real mixed bag. Opting for a sea view, on one hand the view was great with a good spot next to the beach. The room was also big and recently redecorated so all good there. But the shower had next to no water pressure...

Just spent 3 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary in this hotel, our room 59 overlooked the beach with a balcony, room is very large and comfortable, we only stayed on the b&b tariff, the breakfasts were ok but if you ask they will add extra, drinks are a little pricey at £2:90 a shot but your on holiday so...

Stayed for four nights in September. The hotel is located opposite a beach, promenade and lido, some 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The receptionist at check in was great. We were shown to our room on the lower ground floor which...
