The hotel is old but absolutely fine being clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was more than adequate with all tastes catered for. We didn't eat in the hotel...

First of all... AMAZING breakfast!!! I stayed at the Revere in late September/early October and often go back there for the atmosphere and the wonderful staff which have a genuine concern for your happiness and comfort. The old word charm that you find here is not in abundance these days and the bar and chapel areas are perfect for winding...

Great hotel. Staff so friendly. I can thoroughly recommend the restaurant as well. Not just fabulous food but wonderful theatre too. You will see what I mean if you order the flaming bullock. Great value for money!

Again at the Revere- great Hotel! Spent a weekend in the Revere with cosy evenings and mulled wine by the fireplace. Excellent service by staff- nothing is too much and they make you feel home. Great location! only 5 minutes walking away from town and main points of interest. The perfect place for a bit of a rest this winter.

We stayed at the Revere for a long weekend as part of a BA package which was excellent value for money overall. The hotel is easy to get to as the airport bus stops at the end of the street. Check-in was efficient and we were soon in our room. There is no lift but our bags were taken up...

Stayed at the Revere back in September for nearly a week. I could not praise the service and staff high enough. Our bedroom was spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. We have tried their Candlelight restaurant for dinner- simply delicious and MOUTHWATERING. Got a great deal and a nice welcome pack as we have...

Good located hotel that serves a 10/10 breakfast, all you can eat. The room was of a nice size but at times was very warm and only found fan on departure. Overall a great place to stay. Lovely restaurant on site too.

Small old coach house hotel in one of the "food" street just on the edge of the town centre. Friendly staff and rooms as expected in an older property. Very good location. Whilst we didn't eat in the restaurant - we ate in Dolan's next door - the food at breakfast was certainly up to standard. My only comment is...

Very nice hotel with lots of character downstairs, room was very tired and a little disappointing on first impression. Lots of steps up to the room and no lift available but not a problem for us. Room was well equipped with tea and coffee making facility, which was well stocked and extras available on request, iron & ironing board, toiletries...
