The hotel is in a quiet corner of Jersey, with wonderful views over the sea. The pool is big enough, and just about warm enough, for a swim. The staff are excellent, and the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was good quality and filling. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a week in the Highlands, we have visited on many occasions and the hotel just gets better and better. Lots of painting and refurbishment has freshened the place up. Fantastic location with spectacular views, sitting out on the terrace enjoying the pool and the sun is just perfect. As we have always found with the Highlands its... More

One of my favourite iconic places on the beautiful channel island of Jersey is the lighthouse at Corbiere. It is a stunning reminder of what sights are available on Jersey. Even better when it is possible to stay in a hotel just a few yards away. And such is the realisation of that staying at Highlands. Simply delightful! A lovely... More

We stayed at the Highlands for two nights for a wedding anniversary - our first trip to Jersey. As other reviewers have said the outstanding feature of the hotel is the amazing location and mesmerising sea views. The building is right on the coastal path from St Brelade to the Corbiere lighthouse, with a little pebble beach 5 minutes walk... More

Just returned from a week at The Highlands Hotel, and cannot understand the last review. Music was background music and not loud at all, and we never heard it in our bedroom. Room and bathroom roomy and spotlessly clean. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us, Vlad even drove us to airport as the pick up time... More

My family and I stayed at this very average hotel. My room although overlooking the small pool and the ocean had a very different configuration with a small shower and toilet hidden away whilst the sink was over by the window and all in a very strange shade of pink? The bed though was very comfortable. The staff were very... More

As soon as we arrived and were taking to our room we complained about the noise coming from the bar area. We asked to move room straightway and were told by the poor reception girl hotel was full. the manager couldn't be bothered to speak to us. We complained at least 4 times about noise. It went on until early... More

It was lovely welcoming you back to The Highlands once again and so glad you like the little changes here and there , especially in the restaurant where we have made our biggest changes. Ingrid , Vlad and the staff appreciate your words of praise and we all look forward to welcoming you back in the future. See you soon. More

I was in Jersey for work and stayed the weekend. Having previously lived on the island for a while, I chose Highlands because of its situation on my favourite part of the island, and the positive TripAdvisor reviews. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The room was huge and clean, with fabulous views. The pool was delightful, the outside... More
