Very nice stay at this bed and breakfast in May, 2012. Ester and hubby made us feel at home. It was the first time I travelled to Ireland and went with my best friend who had a terminal illness. He has since passed away and I am so glad we were able to spend time together and have great memories...

Outstanding, the house and grounds are so beautiful. The rooms beautify done, lovely decor, the crisp fresh bedding and so comfortable. A warm welcome and great night sleep. The breakfast incredible, freshly cooked for us served in a stunning dining room. Just wish we could have stayed much longer. Great price worth every penny and I would have paid much...

Beautiful house in beautiful grounds. Breakfast freshly cooked best of food. The only complaint would be that the stairs have no carpet so very noisy on morning. Not ideal for lie on. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Tea/ coffee making facilities available at all times

Stayed here for one night and the welcome we received from Ester was so warm and friendly. The tea and biscuits were very much appreciated and unexpected. We wanted to get an early ferry from Tarbert the following morning and Ester made sure we had breakfast before we left - thank you for getting up early Ester!! Rooms were spacious...

Pulled up here in the evening after a day of traveling and Ester made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and breakfast was lovely. I found the bed a little too firm but my husband had no complaint. Thanks so much.

We survived the rainy Ireland summer by staying in the lovely Old Castle House and ending each night with a pint from the local pub a block away. Great breakfasts, warm bed, and the quiet murmur of the stream outside the window kept us happy for three days while we ventured out to see what we could find. Highly recommend...

Booked as last minute accomodation for a business trip from the UK, I was apprehensive as I don't often stay in B&B's. After a long drive to the hotel I received a warm welcome from Ester and Jack with some hot drinks which were much appreciated. I had issues with my work vehicle for which Jack suggested some great advice,...

This was one of favorite stops on our first trip to Ireland. Had no reservations, saw the sign on the side of the Dunn Pub which is owned by the Owners son Hugh. Followed the road down to the gated entrance which led to a beautifully landscaped little piece of heaven. Ester & her husband Jack were the perfect hosts...
