What can I It was exquisite! Everything was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was served at the family owned restaurant where the staff were extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for Betty and her staff. Even excellent free Wi-Fi if you need it. Located about a 3 minute drive from Glendalough and 25 minute drive...

This was our stop at the end of our third day on 'The Wicklow Way'. It was a bit off the trail but easy to find. It is a bit confusing when you get to this property and no one is there, just a sign on a buzzer to call if you are a guest. Our first two attempts at...

I turned up at the B&B a little late in the day, tired after a long day at work. On arriving, a very pleasant guy told me that the as house itself was quite busy that night, he would show me to one of the apartments at the back. I was very pleasantly surprised by this little home from home....

Heather House in Laragh is a B&B that is owned by the same folks who own the Wicklow Heather restaurant just down the street. When we arrived at the B&B, there was a sign on the doorbell saying to push the button and someone would answer. No one did so we knocked and a resident (?) told us to go...

Such a beautiful place with a very warm welcoming. The owner John & his wife are lovely people. The room was wonderfully furnished with a great view, a kitchen & a large living room... great showers... The breakfast is at the restaurant next door - it was a great breakfast! Very recommended. Would definitely stay here again when going back to Glendalough. Everyone was so nice and friendly, very accommodating. The room was more like a little outhouse, beautifully designed with everything you could need, with nice cookies and tea/white tea and a TV and an unbelievably soft bed. The connecting Wicklow Heather restaurant is fantastic, with lovely decor and a Writer's...

This is a very comfortable B & B with spotless white bed linen on the beds. It is more like having a small apartment and the biscuits provided with the kettle and tea or coffee were out of the ordinary. The view from the window over the Wicklow mountains and the valley is beautiful. The only possible drawback for some...

Stopped here with a group tour to Glendalough and Powerscourt Gardens. Good-sized establishment, easily accommodated our group of 70+. Friendly staff and efficient service - must be accustomed to doing group lunches as well as managing individual patrons. Food was simple but hearty.

I can recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing home from home. My wife and I were visiting our son who is studying in Dublin and we were looking for a comfortable bed and breakfast with space to relax and catch up with our son away from town and celebrate his birthday. While the apartments look nice they...
