The was a stop on our tour on the Wicklow hills. Excellent food and service. It's a carvery, I had roast turkey, my wife had salmon. Nice setting in the middle of town. Small creek out back with a walking trail.

We booked two nights here for a final stop on a brief driving tour of Ireland, with a view to being close to Dublin for our next departure. But this stay turned out to be one of our best. The hotel was luxurious, and the nearby historical sites fascinating (the Glendalough monastery). Our room was very large and well equipped;... More

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. The room was generous in size and it is always nice to be able to make a cup of tea in your room, so thankyou for that. Reception was very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the bar as the restaurant wasn't open. We had the beef stew and... More

We only stayed a short while in this hotel but enjoyed the stay. Staff were nice and checked us in and out quickly, the rooms were clean and a great size and the beds comfortable. Our breakfast in the morning was good and a nice variety to choose from. On arrival we were advised there would be a live band... More

Having stayed at this hotel with a group of friends very recently I can only express my sincere gratitude to the management and staff for their very friendly and accommodating approach to my foreshortened stay due to an accident I was involved in. For the time I was here, I have nothing but praise for the very friendly and efficient... More

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were large, the double bed enormous, the luxury of having a coffee table and four chairs in a room big enough to accommodate is an unexpected bonus. A bath (with shower) was very welcome after a hard day's walking along the Wicklow Way. The place was cozy rather than lush and we could... More

The hotel itself is beautiful however it does need a little love, a spit and a polish but do not let that stop you! Our room was at the rear of the building and the sound of the flowing water was amazing so relaxed and comfortable. We had planned to go to the bar and listen to the live music... More

This is a really comfy hotel that is clean and friendly. Fantastic location in a lovely village. Super base for walking. You feel very at home, even if it is a little chaotic. As the title says....it's like staying at your Aunts....you feel very much at home.
