You can't pay on leaving as we were told people put items onto other rooms and don't pay. Should have rang alarm bells then, but paid and checked in. We had a double room and a...

Stayed here for one night last weekend. During the full stay, the staff were friendly and hospitable. The receptionist was very welcoming when we arrived. The night porter was full of smiles and some light chat when we met him. The bar staff were helpful and the breakfast restaurant staff were lovely. The rooms were a great size and spotlessly...

When we arrived at the hotel at 7PM, 'Gillian' was not around, the hotel staff denied any knowledge of the booking, and had no spare rooms. With nowhere to stay, we...

We stayed at this hotel for one night as it was difficult to find other availability in the area. The bed was like lying on bricks and the room was extremely small. I had booked two rooms and one was completely different to the other yet both were the same price. The hotel was very loud at night and doors...

This hotel was terrific value for money, it was comfortable, clean, the room was well appointed, the facilities for wheelchairs were good. If in the area again I would stay here. It is centrally positioned, the breakfast is good

Here to attend a 40th birthday celebration. fantastic staff who were very helpful. Able to check in early and the room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast in the morning and great value. Parking can be a little difficult but we did OK. Only negative (otherwise it would be a 5 rating) was the noisy bar attached...

Do not stay on first floor if you're planning on staying!!! We were given room on first floor directly above nightclub and smoking area. We are a young couple but it took the biscuit. Could here every chair and stool moved and dragged. Disco finally finished after two but carried on in nearby bedroom until early hours of mornings. Couple...
