My husband and I were traveling and decided to spend the night in Lebanon, TN at the Cedar Valley Inn. I was very impressed with the accommodations. Katy, in the office, was very friendly and made us feel at home right away. The lobby was very clean which is usually a good sign. Our room was very cozy….well decorated and beautiful quilts on the beds. They are some how connected to the Cracker Barrell right beside them and they gave us a $4.50 vocher for a meal at Cracker Barrell. Very nice place to stay!
My husband has been staying at The Executive Inn in LebenonTN. It is a great place to stay. It is very clean and well maintained.Great rates! Meg Corning at the desk is so helpful and SUPER sweet! I highly recommend the Executive Inn and will certainly be returning in the future.
We live here and use this facility when we have guests from out of town. They are always so hospitable and a pleasure to work with. Rooms are very clean and the people are the best. They are located by Cracker Barrel and they give you a discount coupon if you eat there. You can walk over, it is right next door. Just a very convenient place to stay. A lot of food and entertainment close by.
This is a great place to stay and is in a good area . It is right next to a Cracker Barrel . The staff is awesome and the rooms are up to date with comfortable beds and they have microwaves and refrigerators in the room. I will stay here every time I'm in Lebanon Tennessee. I highly recommend this hotel. Easy on and off to the interstate.
In an era of poor customer service and employees who find it difficult to understand that the customer is actually at the end of their paycheck, this establishment is the opposite of bad service. This motel was great. Customer service was wonderful.Employees were knowledgeable,,friendly, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy their job. In today's world, the most significant attribute a business can offer is service, service service, service. The motel was clean, mostly quiet, well kept and comfortable with 3 pillows that varied in firmness. As noted previously, the staff was friendly and courteous. If I owned or managed a similar business,I would certainly explore the possibility of adopting their training program. And yes......no doubt I would stay there again. The only suggestion I have is to simplify the door locks. Just tell me how to use the system!…
Even though there is no food service a voucher for each room stay good toward Cracker Barrel meal is provided. You have to ask each day for the voucher. There are laundry facilities on property and an elevator between the two floors. Rooms are comfortable with 3 pillows provided for each bed of different firmness. Iron and board in each room. Lots of storage space. See picture of closets. Platform beds have drawers under the beds. Rooms numbered up to 125/225 are on one side where the lot is flat. Rooms on otherside of building have a slope parking area. Rooms on that side are a little larger. There is a workout room and an outdoor pool. As we are staying in March the pool is not available. The inn is in a great location. You could walk to restaurants and Walmart and other shops. Not a lot to do here and the outlets are going downhill. Overall an average place to stay. There is a charge if you have a pet.…
We have been coming to this hotel for 3 years now and every year they update the facility. Well kept, clean, freindly, hospitable, well organized, and great management. We come to lebanon approximately once a month for a horse show at the fairgrounds. This is the best place to rest your head without draining your wallet
This hotel was a pleasant surprise, being that I had never heard of it... I wondered what the accommodations would be like??? Well the front lobby/desk was very clean and the front desk manager was very nice and professional. She was attentive to our desires and extended to us a warm welcome to Lebanon, TN. The room was spotless and clean, the bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows and nice clean bed sheets, the bathroom was clean and sanitized with fresh white towels, a great shower with marble/tile accents, great lighting and amenities. The price was excellent and I would definitely stay again and share my experience with others.
This hotel was so clean and convenient to everything. The front desk agent was super nice as well. Because it is a Cracker Barrel hotel, you get a coupon for the next door Cracker Barrel upon check-in...AWESOME! I do recommend staying on the second floor though, our overhead neighbors were noisy.
This hotel is filled almost daily to a 90% capacity as Cracker Barrel keeps all their manager trainees here for about a month at a time. My room, was excellent to say the least, clean, double beds, double closets with double in room safes, chairs with roll out foot stools. Very friendly staff and return to the front desk for a coupon good for 4.50 off your meal at Cracker Barrel right next door.
