The view from Castle Murray Hotel is beautiful. Stunning views across green fields, the ruin of the castle and the water. But what really makes the difference is at this hotel/restaurant is the staff: they are great. They did their very best to make our stay an excellent experience. And they succeeded! (Big thanks to Fabrice for his magnificent care!)... More

We rode our motorcycle through the craziest winds we've ever encountered, and arrived to an oasis of calm and attentiveness. From Dylan taking our wet clothes to be dried for us, to our lovely attic room with a private balcony and great views of the hillsides, sheep and the sea, to the fantastic dinner while watching the storm roll in,... After a time, we were ushered into the restaurant. I just love that.....the relax, before the meal! The dinner was excellent, we all of course... More

Castle Murray is a beautiful property with wonderful views. The hotel has lovely friendly staff, who are so accommodating. We stayed for two nights and dined in the restaurant both nights. The food was wonderful with lovely extras such as homemade breads and sorbet. There was a lovely buzz with guests clearly enjoying the food and atmosphere of the place.... More

Stayed here for one night on our south bound journey on the Wild Atlantic Way. We arrived shortly after 4pm. Room very nice and clean although a little small. We had a nice view from our room. Expensive to eat in restaurant with a set cost. Bar food not available after 4pm. Staff fantastic especially Dylan who could not be... More

We stayed in Castle Murray for a birthday treat and what a treat it was! The location is magnificent with views from the restaurant and rooms overlooking Donegal Bay. Every morsel of food was delicious, cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive and the service excellent. Breakfast was just as tasty. Our room was small but clean and beautifully decorated....
