When my family and I unexpectedly decided to spend the night in Knoxville, we chose this hotel because of its great price and proximity to downtown. The staff at the desk was very friendly. When we got in the room we first realized how dated it was which wasnt that bad. Also though there was no microwave and there was...

The Staff at the Knoxville Marriott was very helpful and polite to all our convention attendees. We have used this location multiple times for conventions and it works great ! It would be nice if the rooms were updated, but they are kept clean by the staff.

I had recently took a trip to Knoxville for a friends baby shower/NYE party. I had attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville but never stayed at this property so when I saw that it was available during the duration of my stay, I decided to cancel my reservation at another Marriott property and decided to stay there. Well, I...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while our kids stayed with my family in the area. It suited our needs while we were in the area. I thought the architecture was interesting and I knew our kids would love how it looked and they did. The room was enough for the two of us. The room was cleaned....

This hotel reminds us of the Marriott Marquee in New York City. Very similar architecture and elevators. Nice staff and clean rooms. We are platinum member so we got the free breakfast on the 11th floor. It was your typical free Marriott fare, nothing special and not worth paying for, but the staff there was amazing! I read a lot...

The Knoxville Marriott is a nice facility situated on the banks of the Tennessee River. Rooms with a city view have balconies, while rooms with a river view do not. The downtown area is not walking distance from the hotel, but the city has a free shuttle with a stop conveniently located next to the property. The hotel is clean...

We arranged to stop in Knoxville to meet with some other family members on our way north. We truly enjoyed the service provided. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and again received wonderful service and great food. The river view was beautiful even though the weather was not. The other room was city side and that was pretty too. It...

This hotel is dated but pretty clean. I don't mind dated but the amenities weren't up to par to most Mariott hotels. The concierge lounge was a joke. At night the deserts were poor quality and at breakfast the sugar for the oatmeal was old and clumped together. The raisins were the same. They also have no movie channels on...

The hotel has some very interesting architecture...open and very high ceiling in the lobby with an angled design. Parking is a little hard to navigate, but it free. There is also a garage that would be nice on a rainy or snowy night. The young lady at the front desk was very professional. Checkin was quick and efficient. The elevators...

Shortly after I arrived, I noticed that the toilet tank was refilling very, very slowly. I notified the front desk and left for dinner assured that this would be taken care of while I was gone. I returned assuming it was taken care of. About 11 I found that the tank was still filling very slowly. No voice mail, no...
