Got a hotel room for some peace and quiet. King suite. Fresh sheets, fan and air worked. Smart tv and fresh breakfast in the morning. Stayed here several times. 👌🏼 fair pricing. They have a pool and the rooms are clean, never an issue with bugs or loud guests.
This place is soo clean and the price of the stay was very reasonable. The beds are amazing and the ladies who work the front desk Margret and Sherri were sooo nice and very helpful! I will definitely be back to stay here.
Stayed here June 10-14 . Hotel was nice for the price . Had a smell of smoke in the hallway even though it was a non smoking floor . Bed was extremely hard . Couldn’t sleep well . Other then that it was great . Great location and Papermill Drive is close to a lot of things.
Great hotel, for the price. I recently moved to Knoxville for work and have needed a place to stay while I searched for a house to rent. I stayed here for over a month, with a few check-outs for weekend trips so I've stayed in several of their rooms on all three floors. - The rooms are fairly clean, not perfect (could be swept/dusted a bit more thoroughly) but better than I'd expect for a budget room. - I have NOT seen any sign of bed bugs or roaches in any of their rooms, and I've looked for them, no bites. - I've had some issues with the internet in a few rooms. When it works it's good and fast, however, I've had a few rooms where it will repeatedly slow down and disconnect. I think their main router is fine, but the repeaters around the hotel probably need to be reset. This is a minor issue as they do have a business center with a desktop computer and the wifi works great in the lobby area and other parts of the hotel. - The front desk staff, housekeeping, and even the maintenance staff have all been friendly and helpful. - The free breakfast is good. Simple, but better than most. Shuts down at 9:30, so since I work nights, I've only eaten it once. - The location is good. A super close drive to food and shopping, although probably too far to walk to anything. Relatively easy freeway access. The neighborhood is good and I feel safe. I have my vehicle and a cargo trailer parked in the lot and have had no issues or concerns. - The rooms all have brand new pillow-top mattresses as of May 2019, I've watched them bring in dozens and throw away the old ones over the past week or so. Decently comfortable. - Towels are small and not very soft, but it's a budget room so they get the job done. - Fairly quiet most nights. Mornings can be a bit noisy as people check out and the housekeepers start cleaning. I work nights so I tend to want to sleep later, so this is my own sensitivity. If you're up early you probably won't even notice. - The rooms all have a microwave and mini-fridge so that's convenient. - Nice pool, but no hot-tub. Overall, I would recommend this Red Roof Inn (Papermill location) to anyone staying in the area who wants a somewhat affordable room but not expecting anything too luxurious.…
This hotel was amazing. From the time we (my husband and I with our family dog) checked in until the next morning when we ate breakfast and checked out. The service was good and the rooms were clean. Definitely would stop here again.
