We paid for parking ($24/day) when the room was booked. We were charged $40/day instead. We booked a room with two queen beds. Both beds were hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was VERY small. Accommodating only 1 person at a time, it made it difficult for 4 people to get ready in a timely fashion. The onsite restaurant is way overpriced. The bonus is that the hotel is close to many shops & restaurants so it was easy to walk somewhere else for food. The hotel is in a good location for walking to Neyland Stadium. We loved the Vols decor in the lobby but this is not the Hilton experience that we were expecting.

Hotel's Favorite
The hotel was very clean and had an indoor Starbucks they also had a wonderful in-house restaurant. Our stay included an upgrade to the top floor and the use of the executive suite which had snacks and beverages as well as breakfast and dinner food

I Woke up at 6:00am completely naked to the house keeping opening my door. I mean cmon yall, it’s 6am we aren’t gonna be checked out yet so don’t just make assumptions. Makes me think this isn’t the first time this has happened. you’ve got our check out time. (Don’t come here if you are a female and alone because they will walk right up in your room barely knocking at 6 am and walk right in if you don’t answer the door within 5 seconds).

They don't advertise parking is 24$ PER DAY! Had a double queen room and the bathroom was VERY VERY SMALL. They have an ice machine buy do not have water, except for the 16oz bottles they charge 3.75 for. It is not been well kept. Overall, it is embarrassing They call themselves a Hilton. Not worth the price! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

When I booked the parlor room based on the pictures on their website, it did not show that the bed was a Murphy bed located in the room. I felt the pictures misadvertised the king bed in a separate room. Very disappointed especially for the cost. We had three people in our room - would have been cheaper to book two rooms. Everything was very squished in. The location was good, restaurant was nice, pool was not heated.

The bar is outside at street level and very nice however the music was way too loud and intrusive. Almost impossible to have a conversation with anyone. Inadequate staffing left us waiting for a long time to order food and drinks. Almost $50 for a burger, a small side dish and two beers plus tip. Expensive!

This was an overnight stay while visiting University of Tennessee. The hotel room was clean & comfortable. The lobby is modern and pleasing. They have a restaurant with a bar & a Starbucks in the building. It is walking distance to lots of cute shops & restaurants. They have a parking garage with/without valet. We did not use valet - it was an easy walk with 1 roller bag. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel clean. Staff is very attentive and polite. Restaurant has good food. Kelsi one of the front desk clerks rocks ! For anything you need at the hotel or for info about things to do in Knoxville she is a definite go to.

The front desk was very helpful after Expedia screwed up my reservation. The rooms are nice and clean & the bed was very comfortable. I asked Hunter, at the valet desk, for a good place to go for a drink and a good crowd. He recommended the Yeehaw (just 5 minutes away)...it was a fun spot with great local beer. It was exactly what I needed after a long day on this work trip. Thanks!

This hotel is extremely overpriced. There are no ice machines on the odd numbered floors. And the machines above and below my floor were both broken. I had a cosmopolitan at the bar and it was the worst day ever had. They use some kind of sour mix and it was frothy and not like anything I’ve ever had before. The beers on tap selection was very poor
