We enjoyed our stay immensely. The evening reception was a nice touch and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The front desk allowed us to check in before 3p which was very nice.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed here 4 nights and found it to be quite a beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had reserved a king room on the Premium floor. During check in, I asked about the possibility of a seat for the shower, as I recently had knee replacement surgery along with spinal stenosis, so it’s hard to stand for the time it takes to shower. By the time we got our luggage out of the car and upstairs, it was already placed in the shower for me!! Shower pressure was great, though I’m not impressed with the square shower head as you can’t adjust the type of shower spray you prefer. The bed was comfy, with both feather and foam pillows. Dinner that night had a prime rib special. We have eaten in many ES hotels. This was by far, one of the best meals we have ever had in a hotel. Kudos to your chef that night!! They also make a hot crab dip appetizer that was tasty but was served with what appeared to be sliced soft breadsticks. We requested tortilla chips instead of the bread, the next couple nights, and were easily accommodated. Breakfast was well organized and continuous cleanup of used tables was being done. The gentleman making omelets was a whiz at what he does, but a smile or a good morning from him, would probably push his tips much higher. The gals that worked the omelet station the next couple of days were bright and cheery and also skilled. There is a very pretty courtyard space outside with fire pits and comfortable seating (although we never saw whether the fire pits were lit since it was 90 degree weather while we were there💥🔥🔥 The only glitch we ran into, was the 2nd day when we returned from our outing to Cade’s Cove after 3 pm, our room had still not been cleaned and there was no sign of housekeeping still being on our floor. We called the front desk and they checked to see if there was still someone available, and it was taken care of immediately. We absolutely loved this hotel and will stay there again next year when we return.

After a long day in the car on a family road trip, the Embassy Suites in Knoxville West was a great stop for our family. Very clean an inviting front desk with very welcoming staff. Rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for our family of five with two teenagers. We were all exhausted and ordered room-service. Food was very good and staff extremely friendly. After a great nights sleep, breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day on the road again. Overall great stay. My last experience with a different Embassy Suites in a different city, was not good. That facility needed much updating. This facility in Knoxville, was exactly what I expect from the Hilton Brand. Thank you!
