We've stayed here the past couple of years during trips to UTCVM for CE meetings and it's always worked out great. It's within walking distance to the school and to lots of restaurants and bars so once you park the car it's easy to get around without it. But if you need the car at any point during the stay... We stayed here because of the its location to UTK campus while visiting our son. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok, could have been a little cleaner and parking is a problem. Also, due to the road construction it was very difficult to get around.

Rates are changed a will, without notice! $190 increase in one night, since there was a football game at the college. They don't care about their customers it seem, seems like money is the driving force here

Fox News Channel 205 was blocked. No ice machine. No blanket. The morning valet sat inside and checked his cell phone. The older valet on check in was awesome. The hotel has a cheap feel. The Hilton on Church is worth the small $$ difference.

The staff was super nice, the location was great since we were there for a University of Tennessee football game. The room was very nice, but a little small. It even included a hot breakfast in addition to the regular free breakfast that is offered at many hotels.

Close to stadium and circle park! Gus's and Copper Cellar are just around the corner. Great location for game day. Don't expect privacy, bathroom doors slide and don't stay shut. Mentioned this to the staff but didn't seem to care and apparently all rooms are like this.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The hotel is in a great location close to the campus, restaurants, drug stores and downtown. We will definitely be back when we are in the Knoxville area.

We screwed up our online reservation and made it for Sat. instead of Fri. They gave us the Sat. online rate which was abt $60 less. The staff was wonderful. The valet went to the desk with us to help resolve the issue and the desk clerk immediately went to the manager. Great service.

The hotel is essentially on campus and walking distance to everything on campus. It's pretty new and clean. My room was tight but it worked. There was a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was modern with an opaque sliding door and a big shower (no tub) with glass door. The street noise required me to turn on the sound... More

Nice comfortable hotel. Valet and Reception VERY far below Hilton Standards. Not helpful and quite indifferent. Would be a good hotel with proper staff and training. Breakfast was pleasant experience.
