We stopped for one night, passing through, and the room was very comfortable and clean. However, at breakfast the next morning, where as most places would have news and weather on the TV in the breakfast area for people traveling, they had a Kevin Hart movie playing, very loudly. Lots of yelling and action. I've got nothing against Kevin Hart, just not at 7:00 am with my morning coffee.

This hotel is an average budget hotel if you expect more in safety I recommend that you stay somewhere else. The handicap bars and towel racks are so loose and almost falling off the walls. Better go elsewhere.

I booked a 4 night stay for my niece at the Quality Inn in Kingston Springs, TN: The accommodations were for 2 adults, 2 children in a room with 2 queen beds. They had a number of problems with their room: The room had a terrible smell when they arrived. Thankfully they had brought an air purifier and that made it somewhat bearable. The beds in the room they were given were full size and not the advertised queen size. The condition of the mattress was so poor that they were being poked by the springs and literally unable to sleep. When they tried to shower the next morning, the water came out in dribbles. It would have been impossible to actually bathe properly. Construction began on a neighboring worksite at 6:30am - I know they have no control over this, but guests should be made aware of the early morning noise problem when they check-in. Had they not arrived so late in the evening, they would not have stayed even one night. They had to leave the hotel and come to my house to be able to bathe themselves and the kids. We chose to have them check-out after only 1 night of a 4 night stay. This room was boarderline uninhabitable and I am totally embarrassed that I recommended it.

Was perfect for our needs, and the room was fine, beds great, shower great. Lovely managers. A couple of times, no one at front desk, but not a problem for me, really. Didn't eat the breakfast but it looked especially and uncommonly good! Real eggs, sausage, everything you could want.

Night manager very nice. Room was clean and bed was fine. Bathroom had repairs that were incomplete and some that were needed. Food is terrible. Fruit and yogurt only things good. Coffee was the worst I have had in nearly any hotel.
