Located @ two blocks from historic Main Street, this B&B easily accommodated our party of six adults and three teens. Owners Chuck and Dona couldn't have been more friendly and thoughtful. We'll be back.

This place is very nice, spotless clean an good bedding. The owners are really nice, told us a lot about what to do and even gave us a tour in their golf-cart around town. We ended in a local brewery, you will never find alone. Highly recommended.

Went on a 3 house tour. This was my favorite. I have driven past this house almost all my life. I didn't know the enormity of the battle of Franklin. Our tour guide was wonderful. I could visualize what she was telling us. Almost brought tears. Such a sad time for so many. A beautiful home. Such a creative man.

We called just hours before our arrival to check for availablility and Dona welcomed us immediately. We had been on a week long bike trip and asked to come even earlier to unload our bikes and she was happy to accommodate. She was very personable and once we were settled in, she even offered to pick up our take out dinner as we didn't feel like getting back on the bikes. She then set a table up on the porch and created a very comfortable atmosphere for our dinner in. After dinner, Chuck took us on a guided golf cart tour of the town. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Well.. it goes like this then we moved there. The Franklin House b&b is very nice. The owners helped us with our relocation, I mean they helped us right down to finding a home. Dona and Chuck Lewis are once in a live time people. They even have a Dona Lewis Day in the town of Jonesborough. You have to visit! Lovely accommodations and food is great.
