We chose the Lylewood Inn Bed & Breakfast because it was half way between central Illinois and Atlanta, GA and we couldn't have been happier with our weekend! We loved that it was way out in the country as it gave my niece a great opportunity to practice her driving. The rooms are big and most of have more than...

Miss Mandy is everyone's friend. So is Gabby, the dog. The cat? She's a cat. Stay here for true relaxation, some great history and good stories about this wonderful old home and the family who built it. We've stayed here twice. The Cook's Cabin has a bathtub you could almost go for a swim in. The Lyle Room is grand...

My aunties decided to stay at the Lylewood bed and breakfast while visiting me over Thanksgiving break. I live only 8 miles down the road. They stayed in the main house and the last couple of days stayed over in the cottage as well. They enjoyed both areas. They loved the quiet and tranquility of the place and Ms.Mandy, the...

When we arrived we were greeted by happily by the owners dog Gabby. She showed us to the front door, and from the moment we walked in we felt like family. We stayed in Zanies Room which was beautiful and the bed's were comfy. The house itself was very very clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Outside we often saw...

My boyfriend took me to the Lylewood for Valentine's Day and it was such a treat! The house was stunning and the Lylewood Suite was very cozy. Mandy and her staff spoiled us rotten with a candlelit dinner and a country style breakfast (way better than a Cracker Barrel). I recommend this B&B to any couple, young or old. This...

Mandy was very friendly and welcoming, also a great cook. She provided us with a full breakfast with snacks to enjoy while traveling back to Virginia. Lylewood Inn is a great get away for quiet time and relaxation.

As a bed and breakfast it was outstanding. Breakfast was amazing and the hostess very knowledgeable about the area. There was a dog that was people friendly and a kitten that had wandered onto the property that was VERY affectionate. Great deal for the place. PS you are out in the middle of nowhere, Tennessee
