To begin with, it took us 2 hours to check in.We were put on hold 4 times so Carolyn could take care of other people who were wanting to look at a cabin, to answer the phone, to buy gifts out of the gift shop. This was once she started checking us in. Absolutely unprofessional!. The people wanting to look... More

The buildings are old and rustic but clean and comfortable. This is not the Marriott but you will not find Marriott quality on Reelfoot lake. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained and beautiful. Colorful flowers underneath the giant old Cypress trees. The pool is beautiful with the water circulating from a small waterfall surrounded by Banana plants and flowers... More

My grandchildren LOVED the pool with the waterfall that enters it. We all enjoyed the delicious catfish at the restaurant. We ate out on the deck by Reelfoot Lake. The new owner has established an amazing garden complete with a fairy garden which my granddaughter and I fell in love with. Friendly people own it. Highly recommend.

In the middle of no where. Front desk gentleman was unpleasant and no information provided. Rooms only decent and NOT resort quality! The pool was just being filled and the hot tub was empty. The weather was to bad to fish so that left us with nothing to do. Ask for a refund after being yelled at by the manager/owner...not... More

We were at the lake in August for a family reunion. First room we were given had broken AC, staff moved us to a larger room and no complaints .Restaurant next door was very crowded the night we stayed but the food was very good.

I was not here but sent my 18 yr old son and his best friend as a graduation gift. I'm very disappointed that I sent them here. They are both going into the military and wanted to get away before leaving to different branches after going to school together since the 3rd grade. They are both fishermen and hunting enthusiasts.... More

We spent a couple of nights at the Blue Bank Resort. It was off season so we just about had the place to ourselves. We had a direct lake view room above located just above the restaurant. The room was very comfie and clean. We would have preferred a king size but it was taken. The double queen was just... More

We stayed here on a recent duck hunt. After arriving we found our room had been rented to someone else. But the guy at the desk made it right and gave us a "bigger room" which was more like a house. Room 209 was 3 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, huge living room and 2 full baths. Definitely an upgrade. The... More

I have been a professional guide for 32 years on the east cost duck hunting and have never have experienced anything like I did this past weekend. I paid for a 3 day duck hunt for my business clients expecting that my clients would get to shoot ducks. Instead we got to the blind and had another group of hunters... More
