Traveled to Chattanooga to check out for possible move. As we have a dog, we look for La Quinta. The property is off a main road behind a public storage facility, and this proved to be wonderfully quiet at night. Adequate pet rest areas that are kept clean, plus a little extra place to walk up by the storage facility if desired. Staff was lovely and helpful (thank you, Bonnie!). Concern regarding security: both doors at either end of the hotel were unlocked; I was told they were going to be fixed. All in all, a quiet and uneventful stay, clean room, close to restaurants and fast food, easy access to freeway. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Clean food court and dining area. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed genuinely happy to see you and eager to serve you. I appreciate these things as I don't care to travel unless I am familiar with the accommodations. I've never stayed at a La Quinta before. When we have our Hixon meetings that's my go to place partly, because the location; mostly for all I've expressed above.

Dirty floors, not mopped well at all. Our first room was the worst, the view out the window was the drive thru canopy. Then we asked to be moved to another room, the floors were better, but the air vents were dirty.

friendly and efficient staff, The facility is somewhat hidden from the main road and the nights were quiet. The room was comfortable, and temperatures were adjustable. TV, fridge and WIFI present and functional. I would use this facility again without hesitation. You get what you pay for.

hotel and room were very cold and had to turn on heat in room. Outside temps in the low 90's. Bathroom had broken mirror light so room was dark. could not be repaired during our visit. We were not offered another room.

The hotel is very nice and modern. It does have a pool indoors. Beds are comfortable. The hotel sits way off the road. Quiet area. North Chattanooga area. Many places to eat very close proximity to the hotel.

My husband and I were on a trip to Arkansas via Tennessee where we stayed at 5 hotels during the trip. By far this was the cleanest hotel and nice amenities. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly Front Desk Receptionist. We were only staying one night so we didn't use any of the hotel amenities.

Check in was quick and friendly. Public areas were clean and inviting. Many restaurants convenient to the hotel. We brought food back to our room because we had our dog with us. Room was very nice. I really like that the floors were laminate! Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was quite nice: Scramble eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, smoked sausage, sausage gravy/biscuits, pastries, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee, milk. A little above the typical continental breakfast. I am very picky about where I will stay. That being said, I would definitely recommend this location!

The hotel overall was very clean. No carpet in the rooms thankfully!! Super quite. Breakfast was great and a ton of fresh options to choose from. More than any other hotel I have stayed at. Lots of outlets in the rooms and plug ins for phone chords. Pool was clean and clear. Lots of luggage carts. Staff was friendly. For the price and location you can’t beat it!

As I arrived they told me bc I did not live 50 miles away or more that I was not allowed to stay at their hotel. The other hotels in this area are booked tonight and I’m out of luck. Horrible service and no where on the website or policy does it state this made up rule.
