It looks like the floors, bathroom counters and shower walls have been recently replaced; however, the caulk/sealing around the shower walls and floor were not done properly leaving room for certain germs and odors to take hold. In the room in which we stayed, the restroom looked to be properly cleaned, but still smelled of urine. If that were fixed and a fresh coat of paint added to the walls, this could be a nicer place to stay.

There was not enough room to accommodate guests eating breakfast, pool lights need to be turned on, but staff was friendly and the room very clean. A nice bonus is the Japanese restaurant right next to the hotel. It was pretty good. Look for Vanahays Country Kitchen nearby... awesome!

Every day we encountered roaches. We also has to deal with heat due to housekeeping continuing to turn our air off when we left the room. I’m not certain why they did this, but it then took hours for the room to cool off again.

I was visiting family in the area and this hotel was nearby. Fair prices, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It looks like they're in the process of upgrading as the floors in the room looked as if they had been replaced recently. The only thing I had an issue with was the a/c which took forever to get it set at a comfortable temperature and it sounded as if a race car or motorcycle was taking off in the room when in turned on.

Friendly and courteous staff: the room was clean enough though not perfect; there was no way I'd get in the pool and breakfast was meager and not appealing- but it was very cheap and allowed me to make a trip I'd otherwise not have been able to afford, so I was satisfied. While it would be nice to stay in a fancy hotel, until that is in my budget this is just fine.
