Loved this Campground. We had a waterfront site for 5 days by the marina. The site was great and level with a concrete pad. The landscaping that was done to this place was incredible. Huge rocks and boulders were made into walkways and steps down to the waterfront walkway and marina. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. On site boat launch and pontoon rentals. The only downside was that our site was in full sun no shade in July in 95 degrees everyday so we had a really hard time with the a/c. The pool and Gorgeous Cabins were a bit far across the street so we had to drive there but overall this campground is very well done. Itโ€™s in a very peaceful part of Tennessee so not very touristy however itโ€™s close to big stores and quaint downtown. Weโ€™d definitely come back.

Wow, where to start. We had four couples. One in RV and three in the lodge rooms. The rooms are not only new and tastefully decorated but spotless as well. Very well appointed. The RV section has three areas and they are all great with concrete pads, full hookups and great value. Then the staff: Barron, Rachel and Miranda were awesome. They knew us by name after a day or two and truly went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Great resort, great staff and great fishing. What are you waiting for book your trip now๐Ÿ˜„

Small but attractive campground with medium size lots. Concrete pads with grass and gravel parking. Water front site have pleasant landscaping. Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Surrounding waterways are clean and pretty. Several swings make for restful observation of boats and wildlife on the water. Excellent cable and decent wifi.

This is the most beautiful RV park we've ever stayed at! Clean, very well maintained, great campsites with concrete pads, full hook-up. Awesome waterfront sites as well, right on the water with wonderful views. Campground store is well-stocked and all the staff are all wonderful, friendly people. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and they welcomed our dog, Henry, with open arms. Great fenced-in "Bark Park", which Henry loved. They have a beautiful pool, which we did not use but it was well attended by other campers while we were there. We loved our weekend there and will be back again and again!!!

Came down river by boat for a stay at Blue Water. The room was huge with 2 coaches, nice large dining area and kitchen. Separate BR with queen bed. Nice bathroom with large shower/tub. Big supply of shampoo, towels, etc. Kitchen well stocked with 4 piece toaster, coffee maker, full size frig with ice maker. Large microwave. There are multiple gas fire pits, large swimming pool, large cabana area with huge tv (great for watching sports) and grills outside. Also, multiple tables and chairs for outside dining. General store and marina. We came by boat and its a pretty long walk to rooms. Can rent a golf cart though. Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Plan to return. Multiple RVโ€™s there also and everyone we met loved the place. Town of Dayton 2 miles by car or can travel up the creek by boat to town. Can dock at Jacob Myers Restaurant.
