This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It was so peaceful. The style of the campsites are so unique with the fire places. It felt like there was plenty of room between campsites. The lake looked amazing with the view we had. We hope to find another time open so we will be to able to return for a longer stay. The shower house is kept very clean. God leads this Campground very well!

This is not a place for R&R… very short and skinny spots.. hardly room to park a car. . golf carts everywhere. Kids are driving the golf carts! Difficult to ride a bike with all the golf carts coming at you! At night the smoke is terrible with all the fires. Probably will not return. Not at all what we thought this place would be.

Beautiful park, spacious sites and amenities. They advertise high speed internet, but i had a site right next to a internet antenna and it is so slow that sites time out. Don't expect to use their internet, it's terrible!

Wow. My wife and I haven’t RV’d to a zillion places but we’ve been around to many and this is one of the finest we’ve seen. Nothing bad to say: reasonable price, friendly staff, immaculately clean facility, great facilities (including individual ceramic tile bathroom/showers), beautiful location, beautiful views. Top notch!

Our family of 4 came here for Spring Break. It was March so the pool was not open, but we loved our time here! We camped in site #157 and loved the view! The roads are paved and the sites are the most level we have ever experienced. The owner stopped by the first night to welcome us and see if we needed anything. Our kids enjoyed the basketball, volleyball, gaga ball and pickle ball courts. We liked being 15-20 minutes from the business of Pigeon Forge. Easy to drive into and even better to drive away from! There is a great ice cream shop across the street. We also enjoyed visiting Bush's Baked Beans visitor center and cafe. Looking forward to coming again, but in the summer time.

This is the most beautiful campground I have ever stayed in. The views are breathtaking. Check in was easy, campsites are amazing. All concrete pads & fireplaces or fire rings on all sites. Each fireplace is different.

We loved it here and were amazed by the views! This was the first stop with our camper and we were spoiled! We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The checkin process was easy and staff very helpful, both inside and outside. The entire park is beautiful, everything is well-maintained and clean including the restrooms and showers. Our site was overlooking the lake which took your breath away! The views of not just the lake, but mountains, trees, rocks, and other happy campers made us feel like we never wanted to leave! The park offers several amenities for all ages and pups too! Each site is large and level with concrete pads and each with their own unique handcrafted stone fireplaces! The park is fairly quiet which made relaxing and just taking all of it in easy. You may pay a bit more to stay here, but it's well worth it! We loved it here and can't wait to book for next year!

Rude Staff. No food, activities or entertainment after Labor Day. Money hungry & greedy. Charge for every little thing & don’t offer anything. Forget refund or credit if something comes up. Staff stalks you & follows you around

We booked site 167 20 months in advance. Our nightly rate for 5 nights was $92 with taxes and fees. The view was spectacular and didn't disappoint. It was the best view we have had. For those of you who are going to make a reservation here, get a Signature site (the rate advertised in the office while we were there was up to $99) with an unobstructed view. Suggest sites 156-174 (not 170) or if you want a nice view AND some shade trees: 20-27. There was no shade and no grass at our site and not many indoor amenities. (As far as 'RV Resorts" go, they don't have as much to do as Creekfire in Savannah or Carolina Pines in Conway, SC.) The pad was level and very nice. We had a fire-pit and for $20 cash you can get 3 15 gallon buckets of firewood (also, the best deal we've had at a campground). There are two bath houses and they are located near the entrance and were quite a walk from our site. They rent golf carts but I don't understand people's desire to rent a golf cart to just to drive around in the off-season....plus, we saw a 10 year old driving a golf cart alone. With that said, if you are disabled, physically challenged, or lazy, I guess the golf carts might be a good idea/fun. On the Saturday night we were here, there were a lot of kids and a lot of golf carts. Our back-end site came with fhu's, catv, and wifi. Get the total price when calculating your cost, they have 3 different/additional taxes/fees: Resort Fee 3% (not sure what this is), Sales Tax 9.76%, Hotel-Motel Tax 4%. This was a highly anticipated visit and it met our expectations. The campground is located in a 'dry' county and a liquor store is quite a distance away. However, there are about 15 moonshine distilleries within 30 miles. Yes, despite being in a dry county, they allow moonshine and craft brewers to be open 7 days a week. We didn't use the dog park, but it is astroturf. We would visit here again, but might have to re-think it at $99+ per night.
