We stayed here October 9th for a night on the way north. A really neat and quaint old mill turned into a B&B. We had a great room, could walk to the restaurant and small town, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was exceptionally clean, the check in touch less and easy, the breakfast great, and we even had a small gift in the room. The owner knows how to make it nice! I'm sure we'll do it again, and stay longer for a chance to hike and sightsee.
I have traveled all over the mountains, up and down the coast, and The Olde Mill Inn is my favorite! The bed and breakfast has the friendliest staff. They are welcoming and cheerful. I feel right at home. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean. The town is magnificent. Cumberland Gap is the place for you if you are looking for a place to spend a few days relaxing, enjoying 😊 your family 👪 , and hiking in God's beautiful country. This B&B is the place to stay in Cumberland Gap. The B&B is a block from the coffee ☕ house, a block from the quaint shops, and a block from the saloon.
We stayed here one night on our visit to the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. Our hostess, Kim, was on top of everything. Expect a text on the day of arrival to explain how to check in. The inn is lovely, with a large dining room and a comfortable sitting area with a large screen tv. She also provides real wine glasses (but not wine). Our room was beautifully furnished with a queen sized canopy bed, and also a large screen tv. The bath was large and quite modern. The inn is located near a principal trailhead that accesses most of the park. The town is delightful, and shopping and eateries are an easy walk away.
What can we say! If you are looking to disconnect from the busyness of everyday life, this is your place! Cassie and Kim made this trip awesome! We stayed 4 nights in “the Suite“! They made sure we had the comforts of home, breakfast everyday was delivered to our room, recommended things to do and places to eat. On the morning of our departure we had bagged breakfasts to go, car friendly so we could go onto our next journey! We will be back, the hiking and views and relaxation we’re just what we needed! The only thing I could of needed for the room would be a channel guide for the TV so you know what channels you actually have, Instead of flipping thru the channels. Oh bonus, you’ll love where the tv is located in the bedroom... I wanna go home and put mine in the same location.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…
My husband and I recently visited Cumberland Gap National Park. We stayed in the Olde Mill bed & breakfast. We stayed in The Suite. It has 2 rooms, and a balcony sitting area right by the creek. The suite had plenty of room, plenty of seating, refrigerator & coffee maker also. We sat on the balcony each day, listening to the water, very calming. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was not served in the dining room but was delivered outside our room. The b& b has outside seating on a side patio also.
