My mother and I stayed at McCoy Place for a weekend getaway. Bill and Annette are wonderful hosts! The location is isolated but only about 15 minutes away from the highway. We will be returning for future visits to the area! This is a perfect choice for getting away from it all for a few days.

Bill and Annette are the nicest people you will ever meet. The house and yard are beautiful. The first thing we noticed when we got out of the car was a whippoorwill calling...I hadn't heard one in years. The food was fantastic. The house and bathroom were spotless....and I'm picky about clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely... More

My wife and I stayed here for night on our way back to NC from CA. After three weeks on the road, we were looking for a quiet, restful place in the country, and we certainly found it here at McCoy Place. Bill and Annette are friendly, welcoming hosts, and make you feel more like family than guests. The house... More

My husband and I stayed here - we wanted to find a place half-way between Nashville and Blowing Rock NC. Could not have been happier. Felt like staying in a relatives home - but the breakfast here was better !!!

Bill and Annette were amazing to stay with. They have such a beautiful property and take care of all your needs. You are missing Tennessee if you do not stay with them. The cost for this was so much cheaper than staying in a drab hotel and buying breakfast. The food was incredible, the conversation was incredible. Morning walk down... More

My husband and I had such a pleasant visit at McCoy Place last year, that we decided to visit a second time this year. We had tickets for a play at the nearby playhouse, and knew a return visit with Bill and Annette was a must. Such warm and welcoming hosts, it was more like visiting with family than staying... This is a beautiful , scenic and quiet area where you can just retreat and relax. The owners, Bill and Annette are so genuine and love to converse with their guest. The home just makes you want to stay and reflect on times past and enjoy its coziness. Annette creates outstanding breakfasts that are culinary delights!!! Bill helps and they... More

The McCoy place is beautiful. Annette is a master gardener. The home is surrounded by beautiful flowers and butterflies. The inside of the home is decorated beautifully but comfortably. We stayed in the attic room. I could have stayed up there for days soaking in the bathtub or curled up in the recliner with a book. The food is amazing.... More

After taking in a matinee at the Cumberland County Playhouse in Crossville, TN last week, my husband and I spent a very peaceful and relaxing night at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast just 15 minutes from town. Only 1/2 mile off the highway, it was for me like a sweet visit to my great-grandfather's home out in the country. As... More

What this place lacks in size it has in heart; with comfort, cleanliness and warmth in abundance. With beautiful gardens and lovely hosts who you will want to sit back and "loafer" with in conversation, you will not be disappointed. Bill and Annette put forth delicious breakfasts on a beautifully laid out table. The grounds are private and peaceful. If... More
