The bed had cozy flannel sheets - so nice on those cold nights. The lodge was quiet - much appreciated! Unfortunately we were bombarded with messages from the inn - emails before we arrived and texts after. The information should have been given at the time of check in. Perhaps checkout instructions could have been left in the room, not sent electronically. We went to this place hoping to unplug - urgent messages only (from family). We were disappointed that the inn didn't respect our time. Also the bathroom sink drains slowly. And bugs came out of the overflow holes.

We came in to an adorable cabin Christmas night. When we arrived there was a freeze and the pipes had burst. Christmas night at 8pm they sent maintenance to the top of the mountain to help us. That night we had a great time by the fire place and in hotub. Two days later the mountain was frozen and unsafe to drive down, we are from Florida and didn’t know better. We made it to the bottom and we’re to scared to go back up. They treated us like we were family taking customer service to a complete next level!!!! They brought our stuff down the mountain and put us in a different cabin. ( please note these were extreme hazard conditions) There are not enough good things I can say about the staff especially Leroy and his wife.

We stayed in the Hannah Mountain Room our stay was quite enjoyable and would recommended this B&B for the following reason picturesque property with the creek and the mountain backdrop, the horses grazing and the meadow. Melissa our chef/cook was extremely pleasant and our breakfast was fabulous both mornings. The peacefulness of the property and privacy our our room and hot tub/fire pit area made for a very relaxing visit and great start to our vacation. Bed was very comfortable also. Would have given 5 starts but for the following: Janice never stopped by to say hello, we were looking for some local guidance into hiking trail and also looking for a hiking map as stated on site. Slightly confused by checking in but quickly received phone call and were able to go straight to our suite. Room was quaint and welcoming one thing was strange to us was how the walls to bath did not close the area. Room has cathedral ceiling and the bathroom walls only go wall high and there is no ceiling closing off shower toilet area. Also no hook for face tower but the sink. Lastly would like to have a couple hooks on light pole for robes/towels by hot tub. If we were ever in the area we would definitely consider staying here again.

Just what I was looking for, quaint little spot off the beatn' path. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was very very good. Had our own coffee maker. Afterwards a very short trip to our own private hot tub in the woods. I will recommend this back to my friends a family for sure.

Inn keeper was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay pleasant. Inn keeper made special breakfast menu and delivery was early to accommodate our schedule. The location is away from the crowds of Gatlinburg, but not too far to drive.

This was a last minute wedding trip! I booked the cabin 3 hours before arrival and checking was super easy! The cabin was perfect for a short honeymoon! This is where we will stay for many anniversaries to come!

Kentucky resident, first time to this part of Tennessee. It’s now my favorite part of the country. Incredibly well-built cabin with everything I need - I’m a professional chef so I’ve been doing a lot of cooking since coming here, and it has been very easy. Hot tub is awesome as is the central air. Wraparound porch overlooking the holler is extremely nice as is the porch swing. It was easy to block off the exit to the porch with a chair so I could hang out with my pups unleashed. The advice in the listing is accurate - bring a vehicle that is ready to be thrashed, and pay attention to the weather before you book and arrive, especially if you’re not familiar with the steep grades and narrowness involved with mountain roads. It was beautiful and dry when I was here, but in a high-sitting 2WD truck, I’m not sure what getting in or out of here would’ve been like if the surrounding area had been soaked. Also, read the emails about navigation closely - this is not a place to just plug in on the GPS! That makes it all the better. I’d also suggesting arriving right at 4 PM for check-in. Doing this drive at night would’ve been a challenge. I fully expect to book with these folks again in the future!
