My husband and I stayed at Blanche Manor Yurts so we could ride horses and be close to rafting. The yurts were so cute. The windows open so we felt like we were outside. The views were great, and coffee on the deck was perfect with an amazing view. The beds were comfy and much of the furniture seemed new....

I stayed a few days for a first time "camping" trip with my sons and wife. The setting was beautiful, and the yurts were perfect! It was quite hot in July when we stayed, and between the air conditioning, windows and ceiling fan we were able to stay comfortable. It's not like being in a hotel room, but we were...

We actually stayed in the bunkhouse near the yurts. Although secluded there was a very nice bathroom, a adequately equipped kitchen, tv and board games. No a/c though, but let the mountain air in at night. The katydids were so loud at night, we could barely sleep - but it added to the wilderness experience. Best: watching fireflies at night...

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay at the bunkhouse:)! I'm so sorry to hear that you had a problem with the A/C. I wish we would have know about it during your stay, and we would have corrected the issue. Please let us know when you will be returning, so we can offer some compensation for the...

Great way to break into camping or for an aging camper with old bones to take it easy. Yes, we did have to schlep our stuff up a small hill but if one is even in moderately good condition, it is possible. The yurts were on the back of the property high up on a hill which made for beatuifull...

We are thrilled you enjoyed your glamping experience with us . We do have some spots on the roof they are a brown stain that is actually stained into the fabric which we have tried to clean a few times , they are not mold . We hope you and your daughter come back and stay with us again !!

Overall nice place, the yurts are decorated nicely and fitted out with useful stuff, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I'd say is there are a LOT of creepy crawlies. Lots of tent caterpillars everywhere, wasps, and a big old spider and a scorpion in the bathroom! So as long as you're used to camping and the adventures...

Yurts are our glamrous camping in the woods , so sometimes it's hard to keep bugs out of the woods , but they are sprayed monthly for pests . We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the horseback riding . Pleas come back and see us again real soon Thank you f

Kimberly was great with our family and made our trail ride a wonderful experience. She made sure everyone knew how to handle their horse before leaving the barn. Everyone is offered a helmet for safety, for kids they are mandatory. The trails were gorgeous and we got a taste of wild blackberries growing along the trail! There is a stopping...

Since there's no separate listing for the Blanche Manor Bunkhouse, I'll follow suit and rate it here. We booked the bunkhouse for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. Booking and check in were easy. Ashlee was available for all our questions (and as city slickers we had quite a few initially). The Bunkhouse itself was exactly as pictured: roomy,...

I was a bit skeptical about "glamping in a yurt," but my teenage daughter talked me into it since she also wanted to ride horses! We spent 2 nights in Yurt #1 and it was very comfortable. There's plenty of room inside the yurt, so the 4 of us weren't cramped. While you do have to walk down a steep...

We were looking for something different to do over the holiday weekend and I happened upon this place. We decided to try "glamping" in a yurt. The yurts were well furnished and quite a different experience. It had its own deck with table, chairs and umbrella for sitting out and enjoying the view. Loved being able to have coffee out...

We were initially interested in the yurts, but saw that the Bunkhouse had recently been added to the list of available choices. Since my knees were hurting a little, I'm glad we chose the Bunkhouse. The yurts are up a little incline, and the bathrooms are a little distance, so with my knees aching, they were out. The Bunkhouse was...
