Beautiful, peaceful setting. Very spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Hostess and her husband are outstanding. Breakfast is a treat at Cookeville Manor. We were leaving early the last day and told the hostess we did not need breakfast and she got up and fixed us a "to go" breakfast. We had a great experience.

The Cookeville Manor is a great place to getaway form the hustle and bustle. My daughter and I stayed while researching Cookeville for relocation. The hostess and her family were warm and friendly.
