Stopped for dinner...Wow! Had the strip steak...unbelievable! Best steak I've ever tasted! Owner, cook and waitress were so friendly and great to talk with! Prices were very reasonable. Great atmosphere...

Stayed for a night as we passed through on our way to Arkansas on our motorcycles. Rooms are very nice in the lodge portion. They also have cabins too. This place isn't going to blow you away in the upscale sense, but in the comfort, nice folks, great time in the bar and grill.....it is all good. Food was cooked...

We stayed for two nights, room was lovely and clean, comfy bed. Food in the resturant was great. And for a couple of Aussies who have been in the States for 8 weeks it was lovely to relax meet some locals, listen to some great music and not spend a fortune doing it. An excellent spot.

The Bear Inn is a nice country inn with a relaxed, rustic atmosphere. The people were friendly and accommodating, eager to make our stay a pleasant one. The room had real cedar paneling, very clean and pleasant for a reasonable price. We will return when we go that way again.

My husband and I came down to visit my family and normally I stay at my moms house in town, but since she passed and being first time back to Clifton it was really hard, so we decided to stay at the Bear Inn. I have seen in many times in passing but never stayed. We loved it, very clean,...

We love this place. It is completely different from the other places we have stayed. The kitchenette is stocked with real plates and silverware. It is secluded but close to several good restaurants. It is easily one of our all time favorites.

I stayed in a queen bed room #14 on the main building. Clean, comfortable, with kitchenette (microwave but no stove, with small fridge, and utensils) flat screen TV, full-pot coffee maker. This is more of a lodge type property than chain hotel. Within a few minutes of turning on the A/C, the whole room was frosty cool (95 degrees outside)!...

We stayed here while attending a graduation. Our family had 4 rooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed the small town atmosphere, the theming in each room, & the friendly owners! Plus, the restaurant upstairs served us the best food (& drinks), & as an added bonus there was live music the night we were there (& the band was great, too!!)....

This was our first stay at Bear Inn but it will not be our last. It was quiet and very clean. The location is slightly off the beaten path but well worth the effort. The rooms have a cabin feel with outdoor themes. We ate a very good meal in their restaurant. They do not serve breakfast but the rooms...

We stayed 2 nights in Cabin 3 to enable a visit to Shiloh and to see the surrounding towns. At arrival the Proprietor was friendly, welcoming and helpful. He did advise WIFI not good in the cabins and offered a room in the Motel style accommodations if we were particular about WIFI or definitely needed it. We appreciated his advice...
