Loved our stay! Check in girl was the best. The view was very nice. The breakfast was nice . We like staying at Hampton whenever we can. They are conviently located and can always be counted on to provide a quality experience.

Hospitality is truly their priority. I've never had a bad experience at this hotel. Staff members are personable at all levels. The food was good; a variety of options that were different from our last stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Location to park was about 5-7 mins away, but overall easy to get to. Breakfast was okay, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, overall a good experience. The only complaint I have is on Hilton honors they ask you what time you are going...

One of the staff people at the Hampton Inn, Cleveland, Tennessee recently went to extreme lengths to help me with a reservation that I had made at that hotel through an online booking agency. Upon checking into the hotel I knew it was going to be a great stay. The outside of the hotel was clean the patio area had the fireplace lit and just looked welcoming. The associate at the front desk greeted me by name (I was wearing my work name tag). I used the gym and the pool at the hotel...

They had friendly front desk. They had the Most comfortable beds. It was clean and we received Fabulous service- personalized by the hostess Meg and GM Missie by getting me almond milk. Thank you for a great stay.

Unfortunately, when you're dealing with an overnight stop, it doesn't matter how nice the accomodations are if the bed is uncomfortable. This bed was so hard, neither one of us was able to sleep. With better beds, I'd give this place 5 stars.
