The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had been updated and was very nice. Considering the amenities provided, their rates are reasonable. Next time we are close to Nashville, we will stay here again.

Reasonable rate although higher than I saw on line. Clean room comfy beds. We left our kindle in the room after our early morning checkout and hadn't even noticed it when the staff called to let us know they had it and agreed to hold until our return trip the next week.

Thanks for sharing your experience. As to posted rates online by almost all parties, (Brand site, OTA's like Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com etc...) All show a lower rate which is an advanced purchase price (pay now for later stay with no option for cancellation.) It's the hook to get you to call or connect to their sales department to book your hotel with them. Realistically, you'll always get the best rate when you call the hotel direct. We know our product, our rooms, our access, the quite side, the sunnier side in winter and shady side in Summer. Only we can book certain rooms - up stairs, down stair, handicapped, We know our parking options. We just know our property, the community. We are the experts on us. We'd rather give you the discount that the third parties give you. Honestly, save what they require to sell our room to you. We both save and your best served. Thanks for mentioning the clean comfy beds and the honest, service oriented staff we have to let you know what you left behind. Hopefully we left you with enough positives that you'll return and let us try to Wow you the second time.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment. I will look into each specfic issue mentioned. It is rare to have a few issues like these but we value input. As for the stairs and walkways they are newly resurfaced and have now a consistent look and feel making them quite pleasing to the eye and fully functional for access. Breakfast is from 6:00am till 9:00am I'll remind our housekeepers to make sure all alarm radio's are checked to remove any prior guest's setting (very good input.) Just to mention our brand standards and individual property standards, we surpass the company's QA standards and we're never satisfied until the guest is satisfied by our standard.
