Rooms are very spacious. No gripes at all on that. Bathrooms are nice and big and beds are comfy. The only problem I had with this hotel was the "extended stay" people who stay here. The room next to me had a rap battle going down and you could hear it through the walls. Guys in wife beaters and baseball... More

No hot water, no water pressure, rude owner. Sad really! I had to pay a $25 fee in order to check in early. I work nights so checking in early is common for me and I never have any problems doing it at any other hotel, until now. Anything in the area would be better than this place!

Clean place for the money. Needed something close to highway and several eating establishments. We have never stayed in a Guesthouse, would use them again. Very accommodating for the price. Could use some updates in decor but not as bad as some Choice Hotel establishments. Requested a non smoking room and on the lower level and our request was granted.... More

We stayed here for one night, because the hotel next door was sold out. We had stayed at several others, and have always been satisfied. This one, however, can not be compared to other Guesthouse Inn and Suites. The room was not dirty, but not clean either. Furniture was stacked along some of the walkways, and there were people just... More

I was traveling cheap and this was the cheapest place at Exit 4 off I-24 in Clarksville. If traveling south, stop at the welcome center and get the coupon book. No-frills hotel room but clean and pretty quiet. Free parking and Wi-Fi. It's behind the Shoney's restaurant right on the main drag so food is everywhere.

Spent one night there. Had spent other nights at different Guesthouse inns and were satisfied. This one was way below our expectations. Upon arrival, the toilet had stuck matter in the toilet. The bathroom had a heavy smell of urine. There were two very large bugs crawling on the wall. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Didnt eat... More

Someone beating on a door from 3am to 4am. Desk couldn't stop it. Called the cops. Hallways littered with ironing boards and abandoned furniture etc. Trash on ground throughout. The place is dirty and very unsafe.

Friendliest staff I have ever encountered! The rooms were a bit dated, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with fresh belgian waffles that my kids loved. Would stay here again.

This motel did NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS from previous guests. Multiple body fluids were identified (not just stains). the sheets had not been changed. This appears to be common practice. I got a refund but also tinea corporis (aka ringworm) from the incident and sicking practices of not changing sheets. The geniuses actually tried to defend the incident saying that... More

Terrible service, and smoky room. First, we arrived after 11:00 pm and the check in desk (including an agent and the owner) said we had no reservation and tried to book us at a much higher rate. We argued with them for 15 or 20 mins refusing to pay a higher rate. Finally, after me showing them over and over... More
