This hotel is very close to Hamilton Place mall. Also on Gunbarrel road near the mall there are lots of stores and restaurants. Downtown there's Market Street bridge, which is a pedestrian walkway over the Tennessee river. If you have more time, the Aquarium is great, the view from Lookout Mountain is nice, Rock City and Ruby Falls are popular.
