Terrible hotel. Staying here now, rude staff and halls smell like marijuana. As a Diamond member I am appalled. This is the most ridiculous version of a $200 hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Front desk and valet are some of the rudest people I have encountered in my life

Hotel's Favorite
Best thing about this hotel is Chef Jason … can’t say enough about him … he is a phenomenal chef and the food was amazing … also Brenden was amazing at check in, there were a few little issues but he made sure everything was made right and he went above and beyond … also Corbin, Randy and Mason were really cool servers and bartenders. Hotel king suite was nice and roomy … mountain view wasn’t really anything special … I would stay here again, but that’s because of Chef Jason and Brenden

The rooms were clean. The lobby is really big and mostly empty. They have a restaurant and bar. We went to the bar. I ordered a vodka gimlet and got something but it wasn't a gimlet. I didn't complain. The bartender was a nice local guy who was trying. The food was on the higher side. We didn't give any of it a try. The hotel isn't really by anything closes. Not a go to hotel for me.

Toilet didn’t fill. Rooms don’t cool enough at night. Elevator didn’t work. Front desk person didn’t even recognize us to give directions 30 seconds after checking us in. The food at restaurants was good. Had rooftop meal and breakfast. The rest…poor attention to detail. Should have stayed at the other end of downtown closer to attractions. Not worth 324/night.

Large hotel but the attention to detail is very lacking. The shampoo and conditioner refillable containers in the shower were empty so we had to wait till the next day for them to be filled. Plus, the Keurig in the room was broken and so didn't get to use that till the next day too. Disappointed in our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The hotel is beautiful and everything is within walking distance. The Valet parking made it so easy for our trip. The young man named Jack was very respectful and courteous. Thanks Jack for your amazing service!

I hardly ever write online reviews but our experience was so poor I feel compelled to let others know. My husband and I were celebrating our 19th anniversary and arrived at the hotel around 4:30pm to check-in. We had dinner reservations at a local restaurant at 6:30pm and didn't think twice about not having enough time to check in and then shower in our hotel room...however, by the time we checked in, we had to rush to make our dinner reservations. Upon arrival, we walked in the lobby to see about a 7-10 person line waiting to check in. Everyone was complaining about how long it was taking. When we finally got to our turn to check in, they said they didn't have the exact room we paid for, but were going to go clean a comparable room. We had waited at least 30 minutes in line at this point. The staff member who checked us in was not apologetic or warm. He was quite dull and unhelpful when we asked various questions. There were two large bicycles right behind the desk and scattered notebooks and trash about. Not a professional experience at all. When they finally said our room (not the same type of room I paid for) was ready, we came up to blood/make up on our bed sheets!! At night there were barking dogs on our floor and the sink literally trickled the cold water tap. Thankfully we were staying only 1 night. We, of course, will never go back. Given how expensive our room was, we had much higher expectations of this hotel.

The property is wonderful and the room is modern, comfortable, and spacious. Just wish you all had an indoor pool. Gym is nice. Price was good for a group wedding rate. The bedding is very nice. Location of hotel is good...close to many attactions

Hotel is nice but rooms were not cleaned (waited 2 hours after check-in which is 4pm), room was not cleaned and missing items such as hand soap and washcloths. Explained they were understaffed yet multiple people had issues with room cleanliness. Website also mentions that there is a pool and there is not one . For the upscale version, this was definitely a disappointment.

Nice Hotel But Parking May Be TricThe room is nice and well maintained. The hotel has both self parking and valet parking. But valet can't drive oversize vehicle like a cargo van and beyond. BUT you have to pay for valet to park in the immediate area. OR you can park on the street with meter (2 min walk). If you have a trailer, you have to pay for valet or park far away. There are restaurant, roof top bar, spa, and a cafe on site. It also seems to be a popular place for wedding reception because there were 2 during my stay. I have a room video tour. But Tripadvisor doesn't want you to watch it because it is on YT.
