I paid $334 for 2 nights this Saturday and Sunday ($167 per night). For that price I expected a quiet clean upscale hotel with decent guests, wow was I wrong. The first night rude guests slammed doors, stayed in the hallways, and screamed half of the night. This kept the dogs barking as well, so we got little sleep. In the morning the dogs across the hall were still barking so I went to the front desk to tell them. The desk clerk could have cared less. She unbelievably asked if I told the front desk about the dogs, I looked at her and said "I am telling the front desk right now and I will never stay here again". She replied "that's fine". The lazy hotel staff did not even swap out our towels and restock the soap, shampoo, etc the next morning. If they are afraid of covid they can wear gloves and a mask like the rest of us, so that is no excuse, they are just cheap. This is located by the highway at the edge of the city and has homeless vagrants roaming around the sidewalk near you car. It's an unsafe area. Next trip to Chatt I will stay at a nicer safer place like the Marriott, somewhere in the city. I could have paid half this price and got the same crap experience at another hotel. I thought if I paid more money if would be more upscale but that's not true here. This is an overpriced low end hotel with rude staff. Needless to say I will never return. Let the buyer beware!

Dear Matthew, We are very disheartened to read about your experience with us. While an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do extend it with all sincerity. The safety and security of our guests are our hotel's topmost priority. Our location is only less than a mile from the downtown center and is considered as one of the prime locations given its accessibility. Regardless, we regret if you felt otherwise. We assure you that every bit of your concerns will be investigated diligently. This is not the kind of hospitality standard we have set for ourselves, and going ahead, we will do all necessary course corrections at the earliest to ensure no other guest ever experiences the same. I hope you will forgive this error and the service that did not meet your expectations and give us another opportunity in the future to host you even better. Sincerely, Management Team

The location was excellent. Easy access to Lookout Mountain and also downtown restaurants and activities. The area around the hotel seemed safe. Nice parking lot. Had a nice view of the mountains from my 4th floor room. The whole property was clean. The hot breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, also cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc. I would stay at this hotel again.

We are rating at a four only because we did not get in till 3:00 a.m. and we slept through the breakfast that's included. Rooms were nice air conditioning blasted cold. Pets are allowed but there was a $50 charge even for just one night non-refundable. My dog is so well behaved I think they should give it back to me. Beds were very very comfortable. No real noise except when people would shut their doors which of course would make my dog bark. But she only barked a couple of times and by time we got to bed anyways everybody was probably getting up going about their business. And the rooms have a real nice little balcony to go out on we were on the second floor and ours overlooked the pool. All the employees were very very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Right off the interstate and we could not here any traffic in the room.
