We stayed as a point from which to see the Chattanooga area. It was clean and the breakfast was well done both days. We inquired about the best way to travel and see the sites. The desk clerk was very helpful in giving excellent directions to both the Aquarium and the Zoo. I would stay again if in this area.

Hotel's Favorite
My wife had been visiting / house sitting for a friend in Chattanooga and the trip had changed and she needed a hotel that night. She did not have a lot of room on the card she brought with her and called me, anxious, while I was back home in New England. I called this hotel, anxious and nervous about booking with a different card and Tra, at the front desk, just answered and helped me so kindly and patiently. I believe his words were "that's easy, we can handle that for you." I booked her hotel, she got a ride there, and checked in without issue. I then made the 16 hour drive to pick her up, anxious and worried about things the entire time. When I arrived, he was at the desk again and I wanted to extend another night. He said to not worry, just to rush off to the room and get some rest. He and the rest of the staff were so very kind and patient. The hotel was clean, crisp, smelled clean, and overall was a fantastic place!

This is simply a bad hotel. Run down.Exterior dirty and deteriorating. Stained carpet in hallways. Rooms, though large, are dark and cold (not temperature-wise but in design, like an institutional waiting room). Mismatched, stained furniture that looks like it came from a second-hand store. One small lamp in bedroom. Impossible to read in bed. Skimpy towels. One revealing thing. I put on brand clean socks to go to bed. Got up once in the night to go to bathroom. Got up in the morning and walked to couch area for coffee. Walked to bathroom for a shower ... and the socks were very dirty (photo attached). The only plus here is the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. They deserve better. We alternate between Hilton and Choice and have recently found Choice hotels are good buys for the money. This definitely changes our mind. There are so many hotels in this area ... don't choose this one.

I love this hotel! We've stayed here on our cross-country annual trips three times now. Staff is very friendly. Love that the rooms don't have carpeting since we travel with our dog. We had a king suite that was huge! Bed was comfortable. Room got as cool as we needed it to be. Shower was great. Breakfast was very good, and buffet was kept clean. We will continue to stay here when we pass through Chatanooga.

Stayed here since last 3 stays at a Country inn and suites have been great . This was an ok stay we had a 2 queen suite with hideaway bed . The sitting area had no vents to get air to sitting area. There was a fan in hall to move air from bedroom to sitting area but it didn’t work just hummed . Beds were pretty comfortable room was for most part clean. The location was very good just outside down town close to lookout mountain. Breakfast was good variety sausage waffles scrambled eggs cereal biscuits gravy and muffins. Worst part of the stay was shower was awful just a hand want on the wall with very little pressure. Window in bedroom had mold around the corners and caulk all over the window like it has been done several times to fix a problem.

We stayed at this facility for 3 days. We found the rooms to be exceptionally roomy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the coffee hot. I would definitely considering staying at this facility in the future.

Good hotel. Clean and tidy. Great hot breakfast every morning. As food as going out to eat. Well supplied; varied hot items but waffles available every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ask specifically about housekeeping routine and request specifically if you want a full clean and change of linens.

The room was FILTHY. Our kids feet were black within the first few minutes of taking their shoes off. Walls had visible filth. Sofa bed had crumbs and garbage in it. No linens for sofa bed. Something was splattered on the bathroom wall. Pool and pool room was really cold! I had family also staying there at the same time, and their rooms were also filthy!! Breakfast was good. And Tina at the front desk was very helpful with getting us extra towels and sheets for the sofa bed.

Rooms initially look clean and tidy. However, there were wads of dark hair on the bathroom floor, a melon seed on the bathroom floor, the sheers in the bedroom are ripped and shredded, the window sill is dirty with dead insects on it, the throw pillows on the couch are stained. Furniture reminds me of dorm furniture, seems to be attached to the wall and minimal at best. Dust ruffle has some kind of glob on it. A/c works fine. Rooms seem to be quiet. Front desk was pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again.
