I woke up itching with red bumps all over me. After I went home, I went to the dr and was told it was bed bugs. I had to replace my mattress and all bedding. I have never been in so much agony. Don't stay here, it's disgusting.

The room was okay, considering the price. However, it smelled stuffy. It could've used a bit of Febreeze spray or something. I had some trouble trying to lock my door. The socket was wobbly. Don't get your hopes up about the advertised continental breakfast. There was nothing but coffee and three choices of cereal (Fruit loops, plain flakes and frosted... More

Do not waste your time or money on this place. The rooms smell - the amenities are poor - and everything is outdated. Why hotels still have CRT televisions is beyond me. The microwave and fridge both looked like they were from the 80's and the light fixtures didn't even have all the bulbs. The door hardware was so loud... More

This was just a one night stay as we passed through Chattenooga - I was apprehensive but after reading reviews on TA thought we would give it a shot because of the location and price. First as we drove up - the hotel is nondescript and was difficult to tell where the lobby was. Our room was on the second... More

We stayed two nights here while in Chattanooga. We had a king jacuzzi sweet and I was pleased. The room could definitely use some updating but it was clean (as a previous hotel housekeeper the first thing I do is check for cleanliness) bring your own toiletries as whats provided is not enough, and I recommend planning on going out... Room was clean but beds were not comfortable in the least. One of the beds in our double room was visibly lower on the upper right hand side. Felt like I was going to fall into the night stand whenever I woke up. Didn't get much sleep for sure. Let's talk about the continental breakfast... Dry cereal, prepackaged cinnamon roll,... More

I was traveling alone, so I didn't mind taking a chance on a hotel room billed at $44. I was pleasantly surprised. My room had a king bed, love seat, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, flat-screen TV. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were extremely flat. The free breakfast was... More

We brought our daughter to Chattanooga for the Christian concert, Winter Jam which was at the McKenzie Arena. We knew all we needed was a clean place to sleep because we would be busy at the concert and the following day enjoying Rock City and other sites in Chattanooga. I always look at the room, check the sheets, check for... More

A lot of Knights Inn these days are sort of on their last chance as a branded hotel. However, this one is surprisingly in great shape, and clean, and quite cozy. I found a coupon in a hotel courpons book and decided to give it a try for $38.95/night. The room was very clean, the a/c was very cold and... More
