This was by far, the friendliest hotel I've ever been in. Every single person was so friendly and nice to us. I can not express how great it was. Hotel was clean, and the location is excellent. Easy to find and get to. Parking was great. Bed could have been a bit more comfy, but other than that, I have...

I was very disappointed in the condition of this property. The location is excellent however the room and common areas were in bad shape. I was so surprised because I do stay at a lot of marriott properties for work travel and choose them specifically. In fact I was so saddened I made a list and took a few pics......

Stayed at this hotel with 4 adults and 2 small children. The location could t have been any better for the visit to the aquarium. They also accept pets for a 100$ for your entire stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with everything. The breakfast was also very good and comes with the stay (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt,...

Location is awesome. Right by the aquarium and river, and some great restaurants. Right up against the ball park. We enjoyed being able to park the car and walk everywhere. Stayed with our 3 kids so the pool was nice and hotel was comfortable. We also enjoyed the fireplace since our southern bodies were freezing. Would stay there again!

We were in Chattanooga due to a medical emergency. Nicole was wonderful in finding us a corner room on the top floor (fourth). It was always quiet! The room was an efficiency with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and a bathroom. We also had a fold out bed in the couch. Breakfast was reasonably healthy with fresh fruit and some...

Overall happy with our stay here. The staff was nice but not "wow, they really care about me as a guest" nice. Breakfast is free, which is why we originally chose this hotel, but not terrific. They had a waffle iron so my son was happy. We stayed on a night they were supposed to "grill" so we expected burgers...

Thank you for choosing the Residence Inn Downtown for your stay in Chattanooga! We are pleased to that your family was able to enjoy our indoor pool and all of the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. I apologize that the pulled pork served during the evening "Mix" wasn't a hit with the children. Our evening food offerings do rotate and...

We planned to have family come to see us on Christmas while we were at the hotel. We were concerned about the extra people stopping by; would it be cramped, where would they park, ect. The staff at the hotel was more than accommodating, helping us to coordinate the movement of family and friends. The hotel had a historic feel...

Location: The downtown Residence Inn is perfect for walking - especially with kids - to the aquarium, children's museum, Walnut Street Bridge, restaurants and shopping. The ball park is directly behind the hotel, which is super convenient if you're attending a game, but it might be noisy if you aren't. (There was an event on the morning of our checkout...

The location in downtown is excellent- quiet but only one block away from the action. The rooms are spotless although ours seemed a bit small for this type of all- suite concept. We chose this hotel because it allows dogs but were a bit taken aback at the extra $100 fee. Otherwise, we would stay here again.
