We were in Chattanooga due to a medical emergency. Nicole was wonderful in finding us a corner room on the top floor (fourth). It was always quiet! The room was an efficiency with a kitchen, living area, bedroom and a bathroom. We also had a fold out bed in the couch. Breakfast was reasonably healthy with fresh fruit and some...

Overall happy with our stay here. The staff was nice but not "wow, they really care about me as a guest" nice. Breakfast is free, which is why we originally chose this hotel, but not terrific. They had a waffle iron so my son was happy. We stayed on a night they were supposed to "grill" so we expected burgers...

Thank you for choosing the Residence Inn Downtown for your stay in Chattanooga! We are pleased to that your family was able to enjoy our indoor pool and all of the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. I apologize that the pulled pork served during the evening "Mix" wasn't a hit with the children. Our evening food offerings do rotate and...

We planned to have family come to see us on Christmas while we were at the hotel. We were concerned about the extra people stopping by; would it be cramped, where would they park, ect. The staff at the hotel was more than accommodating, helping us to coordinate the movement of family and friends. The hotel had a historic feel...

Location: The downtown Residence Inn is perfect for walking - especially with kids - to the aquarium, children's museum, Walnut Street Bridge, restaurants and shopping. The ball park is directly behind the hotel, which is super convenient if you're attending a game, but it might be noisy if you aren't. (There was an event on the morning of our checkout...

The location in downtown is excellent- quiet but only one block away from the action. The rooms are spotless although ours seemed a bit small for this type of all- suite concept. We chose this hotel because it allows dogs but were a bit taken aback at the extra $100 fee. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

Not their best weekend but hope they get everything worked out. Yes they had a boiler on the hot water go out; and it did take 2 days to get fixed. Here is the issue with that. They did not let the rooms know this was happening so lots had to find out by calling or at the desk. Yippee!...

I am pleased to say our team stayed dedicated to finding a permanent solution to avoid any lack of hot water in the near future. We look forward to...

The hotel was nice overall but the bottom floor was extremely noisy. The rooms were big, well furnished, and comfortable. The big reason for 2 stars is - no hot water! The gentleman at the front desk told me it was a hotel-wide problem so I'm not sure what the problem was. This was a one night getaway for the...

This is my second stay at this property and I can't say enough positive things about it! The location is great because you can walk or ride the free downtown shuttle to so many attractions and restaurants. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning is good and filling and the evening reception Monday- Wednesday is a...

Stayed at the Residence Inn downtown during the Ironman competition. Hotel was full but front desk staff were always helpful, and working hard to keep the athletes happy. Room was ready as promised, and the late check out very helpful. Nice size to the room internet worked well, and the features of the kitchen very helpful with cold drinks, water...
