Beautiful hotel with lots of cute bears hanging off the outside of the windows. Amazing pool area but chock full of so many screaming kids, we didn't even attempt to go in to use the hot tub. Apparently adult time is 11pm at night, and we don't stay up that late. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Checkout was easy.

Sewer smell in the bathroom twice upon my return of being gone most days to the nursing home to see mom. Overwhelming smell of chlorine, noise, air conditioner extremely loud (had to turn TV volume up and down. Dim lighting in hallway (old equipment). Portable shower head that sprayed everywhere if put in slot. Water went outside the shower as no ‘lip’ They need to explain what the actual room s like when verbalizing availability.

The staff was very courteous and accomplished the check-in very quickly. We were also allowed to park our motorcycles under the entrance port in front which I thought was impressive. The only room complaint is the bathtub drained very slowly and was standing in ankle deep water by the time my shower was finished, I did mention just after check-in it did not drain properly and reported it to the front desk again at check-out. I observed the hallway carpet needed cleaning or replaced. I had no complaints with the breakfast. The restaurant offered very good choices of food.

Best Western has been our home away from home for the last year. My child is a student at one of the local colleges so we have been making our way back and forth from California to visit her. We like the Best Western for its proximity to the highway, the location of my child's school, the price point of the stay, and the value. The hotel itself is decent looking, the lobby is nice and has a good size seating area. There is a restaurant/lounge and I have to say their broasted chicken is delicious! There is no elevator at this location so if you have a room on the second floor the stairs are the only option. The rooms are always clean, as a germaphobe this means a lot to me. The beds are comfortable. My room came with a refrigerator and microwave and a coffee machine. This location serves a free breakfast with the perfect variety of choices. My favorite was the biscuits and gravy! The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Oh, I dont know how I keep on forgetting to mention that this location has a water slide at the pool! Its a fun decent sized pool/water play area.

This is a last minute reservation , the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable ( thank you Alissa ) . We arrived after midnight and found a very capable and friendly night staff ( thank you Kim ) . We had a wheelchair bound family member in our group & Alissa was able to find us a chair accessible room , which is truly hard to find such place ( much less last minute ) . Kim made the check in easy & was instrumental , by letting me view the room which was ‘sealed the deal’ . He even assisted our chair bound member into the room . If the rest of our stay goes as smoothly , it will be the 1st time in 15 years that I will have enjoyed my stay Anywhere , when traveling away from home ! This also shows that the management at this location has the necessary skills & talent to have the right people in the right positions and how to motivate them correctly .

We stayed here for a night because of a detour on hwy 29 due to flooding. I've stayed at many Best Westerns and always had an amazing experience. This location has to be the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. Highly priced for dirty rooms with crumbling walls and wet carpet by the window. The A/C barely kept the room comfortable and sheets had other people's hair on them.
The pool was disgustingly hot with a high level of chlorine topped with a grimy ring of slime around the top of the pool. The ladder to get out by the slide was falling apart and the nuts and bolts to hold it together were missing. I feel completely ripped off having paid $245 CAD for this dump. ZERO star rating for me.

We were in town with a group for a baseball tournament for 3 days. The pool was ridiculous, no food or drinks allowed in any area around the pool even with poolside rooms especially not pizza. While I agree, no glass or food or beverage should be alllowed in the pool, when you have numerous tables and chairs, one would expect to be able to sit and watch your children swim while having a beverage. Staff informed us this was not allowed. Their bar was then closed at 10pm on a Saturday night so then when we decided to sit outside and converse, we were informed that they would escort us out if we chose not be civilized adults. Mind you, everyone was chatting normally and nothing was getting out of control. If you want to offer group bookings for events, at the very least, offer them an area to sit and converse. We spent so much money at your hotel as a group this weekend only to be treated as children. We will absolutely not book again.

The lady at the front desk was HORRIBLE. Worst attitude. We had three different rooms our party checked into and everyone after checking out said how much of a horrible person the front desk lady was. We got there for early check-in asked when booking and also asked again at precheck in to get rooms close to each other. When we got there the lady informed us that we "weren't even close to each other". She had the crappiest of attitude and made us never want to go there again. Another person from our party had said they had stayed previously and remembered the lady at the front desk and warned us if she was working she will be unpleasant. That's literally an understatement. Needless to say after booking and being one of the first people into the hotel we could of easily been placed all next to each other as other guests arrived many hours later to rooms that were all poolside and the same. She was just lazy and seriously wanted to see she needed the power control. Fire this lady!

DO NOT book a room at Kelly inn.
We booked through A different company so unfortunately we did not see the prior bad reviews of this place that match our experience perfectly.
We “checked in” 4 1/2 hours past when we should have been there, yet this is what we walked in to. Very nasty they didn’t have any other rooms for us as well!
We called the inn and they seemed to not care to fix any of it and Trip adviser is telling us that the hotel is standing by their cancellation policy.
This is what $214 for a night gets you bad service and a dirty room

Don't make the choice on breakfast (weak coffee, unreplenished pancake batter, minimal offerings) or pool, closed when we where there. Staff were often MIA (counter & breakfast). Bed's were comfy; though sheets a bit old/pilled. Out in middle of no-where.
