We stayed Thursday Aug 13, 2015 in the Gwendolyn room. It is lovely. I like that it has a shower and we don't have to use the beautiful claw foot tub down the hall. Nicole, the owner is able to take time to visit with the guests and is very knowledgeable about the area. I don't often get to stay... More

A wonderful stop over on our 4000 mile road trip through 9 states. Sioux Falls is a beautiful town surrounded by a bicycle path! We rolled into the B&B. Nicole checked us into our lovely room and directed us downtown to the sights and good restaurants. We biked to the Falls and around town, settling on Parkers for dinner, an... More

In one word, delightful. We felt at home immediately. Accommodations were most pleasant and spotless. And the porch, oh my! Nicole is a treasure. Yes, we definitely would stay at the Victorian B&B again.

We had a wonderful stay in this historic b & b. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with every amenity you could imagine; the Jodi Marie Chambers room even had an enormous free standing bath tub and a separate dressing room. The beds were comfortable and we slept well in this peaceful part of town. It was convenient... More

We loved our time at The Victorian! Nicole was a lovely hostess. We wanted a simple, affordable getaway and it was perfect! The room was clean, comfortable, and had so many sweet touches. We loved the giant soaking tub in our room! The breakfast was delicious and Nicole was so generous with treats and coffee and even beverages! The landscaping... More

Stayed in the Julie Ann Chambers for one evening, and the hostess was very kind. I was traveling over 1,600 miles by myself, and I felt very safe here. The bathroom had an amazing claw foot tub with shower and the room was tastefully decorated.

This is a beautiful house and fun place to stay. I spent 2 nights in the Julie Ann Chambers room. It would have been helpful to have a check-in time, I arrived at 3 pm on check-in day and the room was still being prepped. The location is great, an easy walk to downtown Sioux Falls which is a hip... More

Nicole was wonderful. She did everything she could to make our stay the best. The house located in the historic district (which is not the best part of town since its close to the detention center). But over all our stay was great.

We stayed two nights. The property is in the historic district and very easy access to downtown and any sights in the city. Neat house next to the Pettigrew House museum. Easy parking on the street right in front. Nicole is a wonderful innkeeper. We did continental breakfasts both days, enough to get us started for the day, not huge.... More

I arrived late in the day and didn't think I could afford to stay here. As there were no other guests, the owner/manager cut me an amazing break and I stayed at 50% off the regular rate. I had a beautiful room, spacious and well furnished. A large bathroom as well. A mini fridge was also in the room which... More
