We looked online at this hotel with 2 kids and thought that the waterpark would be a great after hours event from being in the sun all day site seeing. Well, the waterpark next door (attached to the hotel) was an extra charge which we were not told neither on the phone or when we arrived to check in. So we decided to fork up the payment because, how could you not. We got down there and the park was closed because of a storm which we completely understand. So we asked the life guard when it might open back up.... She looked at me and told me I don't know, a few hours. So we went to the arcade which was okay. But you have to buy a card to load tokens on (another charge). After swimming and playing in the park (that was understaffed) we went up to our room and decided to take a menu from the little restaurant that was attached to the park and hotels. We noticed when we got back to the room that the menus were different and on the menu I took from the park. It had a little text saying that you can order room service with a quick push of a button. Well, when we looked at the menu in the room. We had to dial a different number. No big deal. I called about 8 times (no lie), I kept getting the next door hotel front desk. They kept transferring me to room service with no answers. So she finally told me to come down and just order from the restaurant. So I did, and the lady at the hostess desk told me that they were unable to deliver the food to my room because the runner was leaving soon. So I asked her if I could order some food. She looked at me and asked, "who's going to deliver your food?" I told her I would and I would just come back down to take it TO GO. So she put me food in. She then gave me a number and told me that they wouldn't call me when my food was ready. That I had to sit in the restaurant. So I went back to my room to take quick shower. 15 mins later, I was down at the restaurant ready for my food. I waited another 34 mins (I watched an entire show on their TV waiting) and I got my food that was not ready as a TO GO order. Waited another 5-10 mins. So I finally got my food and drinks which they were out of anyway. The breakfast in the morning was great, they had a nice spread until they run out. Then no yogurt and no milk. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy a quick bit to eat. It was an okay stay, there was an employee named Brandon and he was a lot of help. He was doing everything he could to help as many people as he could. A very nice man. I don't think I would stay again.

Definitely not satisfied!!! I put in a request for extra pillows before check in, never received it although the app said it was done. I put in the same request hours later and the exact same thing happened again. After a long day of sight seeing the first thing we wanted to do right when we got to the hotel was to order room service. Not only one but both of the phones in the room didn’t work to call down. We used our personal phone and was told that we would be transferred to Sliders however we were connected to a different hotel and they were able to correctly transfer us to the restaurant. Not off to a great start! While waiting for the food we had the chance to look over the room. We were in 215 which needs a major cleaning!!!! The window curtain had a pretty big stain that looks like blood! There were water stains on all the counter tops so clearly nothing was wiped down! On one of the lamps the base had what looked like dried ketchup smeared on it. Also on the headboard there was something that was wet and left a streak running down it. Not sure how the housekeepers could miss all this but it was very disgusting and disturbing! If the hotel phones worked we could’ve called down about the issues. At that point we were tired from traveling and already unpacked. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was ok, parking was easy, sadly the dirtiness trumped all of that. I would not recommend this hotel!

We had an unusual family trip with unexpected complications. Zach at the front desk was helpful and professional. He helped us smoothly transition a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Our family got to seamlessly enjoy our stay. The morning kitchen staff let us dish up breakfast a few minutes early so we could get on the road. It was another wonderful stay.
