My adult daughter and I were traveling from Indiana to the Badlands/Black Hills area of South Dakota. We had booked one night at Triangle Ranch simply to allow her to experience a B&B. We stayed in the Carriage House separate from the main home. We found it to be wonderful. The property was located well away from everything, was full... More

INNKEEPER’S FAVORITE REVIEW

My wife and I and her three siblings made a road trip together to this part of America in June. Although my wife and I have traveled to more than 40 states, we had never been to the prairie land before. So we wished to find a place for a true prairie experience, and we did enjoy an authentic one... More

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Triangle Ranch. Beautiful home on an actual ranch, just a 20-minute drive or so to Badlands National Park. Great place to begin your day with Lindy's amazing food, and perfect place to end your day with star gazing and fun stories/conversation. We had both privacy and good company. If we are... More

An amazing place to stay when you want amazing. We were on our way to Hill City SC from Madison WI and needed a stop over. WOW, it's a 1920s Sears and Roebuck catalog home and how they got the parts here from Chicago back then is another story, but if you get to stay here you are going back... More

I've been staying at the Triangle Ranch B&B near the Badlands and on the way to the Black Hills for 16 years. I almost literally stumbled across Kenny & Lyndy and their charming, comfortable home when a piece of road debris tore up my fuel system and stranded me during a road trip. The service manager suggested this place as... More

Thank you for your lovely comments and seeing "our little piece of paradise",, as Kenny says, as we see it. We look forward to your visits as one would "family". More

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Badlands. Great rural location and easy access to the Badlands park. Lyndy and Kenny are very warm and friendly. Delicious homemade breakfast, Lyndy is a great cook. Comfortable room with Ensuite.

My family and I spent a night at Triangle Ranch. Kenny and Lydy were warm friendly hosts, willing to share their delightful home with us. We were served a srumptious breakfast which included the most delicious, freshly baked muffins. We were sad we were only able to spend e night with them. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

I took my husband on a surprise trip from Los Angeles to South Dakota to see The Badlands and Mount Rushmore, etc. The true lodging gem of our trip was staying at Triangle Ranch B&B. Lyndy and Kenny Ireland were so welcoming and served the most delicious food. We also requested dinner on the nights we were with them (for... More

Yes, this wonderfully kept Sears Catalog mission style home is a long way from everything, especially to those of us eastern seaboard natives, but it's worth the drive down their 8 mile long dirt "driveway" to learn about the history of the home, what it was like growing up in the middle of no where, enjoy delectable and filling breakfasts,... Heading out West for a National Parks tour, I wanted the total experience...which included staying on a cattle ranch. This fit the bill perfectly. It is at the end of a remote road about 15 miles off the highway. It is a 1920's Sears home that has been lovingly preserved. Lindy and Kenny were very knowledgeable about everything in the... More

Thank you for the kind words. I wish to clarify that Triangle Ranch Bed & Breakfast is "eight" miles north of I90. I'm sure, to folks from urban areas, the distances seem longer. We are between exits so, after exiting it is necessary to travel 5.5-7 miles, paralleling the interstate, on a two lane, paved Service Rd., continuing in the... More
