Such a fun, peaceful resort set away off the beaten path. Perfectly groomed snowmobile trails and rentals available. Awesome hot tub outdoors in the beauty of Spearfish Canyon. The restaurant offered a great varied menu that appeals to families with children, too. You

We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, personnel and lodge experience. Comfortable beds, nice people, good food! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great package deal with lodging, meals, drinks, and snowmobile rental included. We look forward to returning- summer and/ or winter would be great here.

This may sound more like a review for the restaurant and trail, but for us it was all part of the experience. We booked this stay as a 'getaway from it all' for the two of us and it sure delivered. We booked a suite and it was beautiful, clean and had every luxury we could want and more. The...

This non-chain lodge is in a gorgeous location. You can rent snowmobiles, snowshoes, etc. there as well as hike to the nearby Roughlock Falls right on-site. The hotel features a beautiful lobby with a fieldstone fireplace and lots of comfy chairs. Our family of four was one of 3-4 groups sharing the seating areas for games on New Year's Eve...

This is a nice hotel, that cannot get a reservation right for the life of them. We had reserved a handicapped room with a king bed. We ended up with a regular room with two queen beds. Others in our group were to have suites that adjoined but ended up scattered all over the hotel. The rooms are nice, the...

Thanks for the compliments on the nice hotel and the restaurant's chicken fried steak. We have been trying to get better cell service up here for years but so far unsuccessful. We are getting high speed internet soon. We finally have it available to us. Not as fast as yours at home, but still better then what we have now....

It is definitely a beautiful lodge, on the outside, and in the lobby. However after that our experience went downhill very fast. We stayed in a room that shared a wall with a couple who had a dog. Even though you are not supposed to leave your pets unattended, they did repeatedly. I talked to the front desk telling them...

I appreciate your comment of the beautiful lodge. I am sorry to hear about your experience with the dog and customer service. We are a pet friendly hotel and sometimes we have dogs bark when the owner is not there. It is our policy to contact the guest and have them address the issue. We did try to contact the...

Beautiful lodge. Nice place to stay. Comfy robes to wear to the outdoor hot tub. Peaceful sound of the falls and water going by. Bed was comfy. Fridge, microwave in rooms. Awesome fireplace to sit by in the lodge.

What a gorgeous place for a wedding! My daughter got married there in November and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was exceptional and friendly! They were so gracious to all the family that attended the wedding. The food for the rehearsal supper and the dinner at the reception was delicious! The scenery is beautiful and made for excellent...

Booked a suite with fireplace. Seems to have been recently renovated. Can tell the property is well managed as they tried to get all the details right with housekeeping, clean room and care taken to make a good first impression. Would stay again. Thanks to all employees for making our stay a memorable experience.
