The Family Suite stated it sleeps 6. There was only one queen bed and a sleeper couch, so we needed two roll away beds. The AC turned on and off throughout the night and was loud. There was a large black bug (about the size of a box elder bug) on the curtains when we arrived. There was also an insect on the hide-a-bed - may have been from the crumbs of food that had fallen in the base of the couch. The elevator had broken buttons, but was still functional. The shower stall was very small, and took about a minute for the water to warm up.
However, the queen bed was comfortable, the room was very spacious, and there was no shortage of chairs.

Dear Valued Guest, Your review and rating are greatly appreciated; though it is very disappointing to learn of the bad impression we made during your recent stay due to the condition of our amenities. It is not like us to deliver poor accommodations and we will work our hardest to get back to the standard we are known for. We do have pesticide treatment every month and we never had problem in past and also usually our housekeeping staff always check it properly after they complete cleaning the room but I will also make sure with my housekeeping staff about the incidence. We are forever working to improve upon the guest experience than you for your comments. We hope to see you again and to impress you with our improvements.

Their wifi is too slow to use, it cuts in and out. Their customer service is not good in that I was quoted a low price when I reserved the room but then charged over double that amount at check in due to a soccer tournament that weekend. They did not email me a confirmation so they merely claimed I must have misunderstood the quoted price. Then they checked me out of the room after the first night of a two-night stay. I don't know that they ever recorded my reservation. Fortunately, the soccer tournament was gone on Sunday evening so they kept me in the same room.
If you plan to stay there, insist on an email confirmation showing the price and don't plan on using their inadequate wifi.

Mattresses sit on metal frames - they’re very hard. Breakfast room is tiny so if the hotel is crowded, it’s really hard to get breakfast. The worst was the pool area - we went to use the hot tub and the water was yellow and stunk terribly! When we saw it, we went right back to our room.
All around - not a good experience at all. We had to find comedy in it eventually because the whole thing was a little unbelievable. But we won’t be staying here again.

I'm not sure why this has a 3* rating in Huron. We found the hotel to be very nice, the beds comfortable, and the people accomodating at the front desk. The hotel is very dog friendly for hunters, which was a plus for us. Not keen on the charge per dog each night as I thought it was a bit excessive. One thing was we were not impressed with the breakfast at all. The eggs had a very weird taste, and I've certainly eaten my share of powder eggs at buffets. These were inedible.

The desk help did not speak good English, the hall walls were chipped and marked, hall carpet worn out and hall smelled. We were only able to access one 1 channel even after they came up and “fixed” the cable box. The bathroom was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast needed more fruit and oatmeal. I’m amazed that we paid $110 for this quality of hotel.

Crossroads is not necessarily a 5 star hotel .. far from it but it’s by FAR the best in a town known for bad hotels and I’ve stayed in them all over the years. Clean pool and nice little fitness area. Outside looks rundown with bent blinds dirty windows but the rooms are actually clean and comfortable. Good cafe and bar in the lobby. Don’t judge a book by its cover .. this deserves better than the 3 star rating it has garnered.

Friendly staff and helpful staff at check in. Clean room. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. Some shortage of parking in lot, but underground parking available. Breakfast was okay.

Very friendly staff. Checking was easy and smooth check was good. The room was clean and newly remodeled. They also have a huge indoor pool. Breakfast had so many choices including hot and cold. There is a really nice restaurant and bar at the hotel and it was super convenient.

We had a family gathering in Huron and booked 10 rooms. I had a family suite and it worked well for having 30 of us in it! The rooms are clean, large and had everything we needed, but there are maintenance issues. Broken tiles on the tub, broken outlet covers and the sidewalk in front of the hotel needs a power-wash. The breakfast could have been better and on the day we left there was no coffee. The children in our group liked the pool area.

Stay away from room 303 if you want a shower. No way to have one in this room. Television is only ONE channel. Mattress was hard, the desk to sit at had the chair shoved in so trying to get it loose, the desk gets dragged with it. I'd stay away from here.
