Disappointed! Online rate is $20 lower then rate negotiated for a team event and manager would not consider matching. Hallways smell, carpet is older, elevator walls scuffed up, place needs a facelift.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years for a hunting trip, this year the hotel had new carpet in the hallways and rooms, lobby. That is all good..... It also had new bed spreads as well. They have a new restaurant operator in the hotel and they do not serve hot breakfast any longer. They did...

Since last year the hotel has had new carpet and furniture. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. This was pheasant hunting season so dogs passed through the lobby on leashes but i never heard any barking. In many places there is a bowl of candy at the check in but here...

This was a nice hotel, the pool was cool and refreshing the hot tub was relatively new worked great. Rooms were a little dated but over all I come back again. The Ryan's hanger restaurant was delisious and lots of drink options.

My room was very comfortable, everything clean and the staff was very friendly My only complaint is when I got a bagel, which was individually wrapped, it was moldy. I'd stay away from the breads and stuff. The other food was very good.

As soon as I walked in the hotel, I was ready to turn around and walk out but couldn't because I was there for business. The hotel lobby is dated and is in desperate need of a facelift! It just seems dirty when you walk in. The lady at the desk was friendly enough and checked me in quickly. When...

Pleasant staff and continental breakfast was as good as Marriott Springfield Suites one. Rooms clean and spacious. Older hotel but no bad smells. Ryan's Hangar restaurant was excellent food and good service.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for convenience because we attended a wedding in their event center, and while it was convenient, it was also something out of a horror movie. I seriously thought I was entering the twilight zone when I stepped in their lobby. I don't think they've remodeled since the 1920s. However, I will say the rooms...

Cynthia was very helpful both when we made the reservation and when we checked in. Also, Maria was very helpful. The average comes from the actual beds, I believe they have been changed out now but at the time they were old and not the nice comfy mattresses you see in many hotels now. In fact they were renovating at...

The rooms were clean and nice, lobby had someone's old shirt on the couch, dirt all over the floor. Breakfast was old and hard rolls, when we told the front desk that the trash was full she came in and smashed it down with her hand and went back to her cell phone. Men's room downstairs had vomit on the...
