We stayed over the Memorial Day Weekend and really liked staying here. The location is perfect for exploring the Hills. We came to ride our bikes on the Michelson trail. It was beautiful and a lot of fun. We stayed in one of the motel type rooms. (I think it was room 9). The rooms are quiet comfortable and convenient.... More

There was a possibility of a hail storm and the weather was bad. I pulled my truck under a picnic awning the owner threatened to charge my room $500 and also to call the cops on me. Then I pulled under a tree the owners yelled at me again. They seem to be more concerned with their grass than treating... More

We stayed here while traveling through South Dakota with my in-laws. They made the reservation through Expedia and when we arrived the lady at the desk couldn't find our reservations because they'd only written down first and middle name in the book, not last name. When they finally got it all sorted out we went to our two rooms. The... More

The location is great to enjoy outdoor activities, is nice for kids, they even provide balls for the kids to play basketball or soccer. We were visiting Mount Rushmore and only booked one night but sure wished we had booked more nights.

The Spring Creek Inn is a nice place to stay. It's not fancy, but it is comfortable and clean. The people are nice and helpful. It is close to Mt. Rushmore and Crazyhorse monuments. We had a group of people and we all were pleased with the place. I highly recommend this place.

Clean. Nice staff. Basic accommodations. Willing to let us park truck and trailer while we take bikes off-road for days at at a time. However they is no Wi-Fi even though it is advertised. That is kind of a deal killer.

We have stayed here many times. Alway a great place to stay. We like the cabins the best. Kitchenettes so you can cook if you like. Enjoy a fire pit every night you stay. Always meet new people and maybe roast a marshmallow. Rooms always very clean and a play ground in the back for kids.

We were in an Efficiency with two queen beds. Beds were very comfortable and the room overall was quaint and nice. We only used it to sleep while we discovered the Black Hills. The price was the original selling point but we would for sure stay here again. The ice machine was not turned on for season so that was... More

Stayed at this place for 3 nights during our trip to the Badlands. It is ideally located in the center of the Black Hills. The room was very clean. Proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. We had the suite which had a small deck with a view of hills and a creek. I would definitely stay there again.

We were on a 3 month tour of the US staying in motel after motel. We needed space to just relax sometimes but not be stuck in a motel room with our kids (5&7) Many of the places we stayed at said they had a grill area and play area but they turned out to be tiny, grimy things EXCEPT... More
