The staff was kind and went above and beyond to be hospitable and helpful! The customer service was truly excellent! The hotel was comfortable and clean. I was doing a learning/serving trip on the Cheyenne River reservation and admire so much the Lakota friends I met. I had a chance to listen to a lot of people's stories, learn about...

I am by no means a picky person when it comes to hotel accommodations, however, this was by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. I was here for work so I had little to no control of where I stayed and due to the very limited hotel options this was really the only option. Upon walking in, the...

We've stayed here every time in town to visit family. Each time it shows more and more signs of neglect. The staff is great but the motel has bad upkeep. The walls need painting, the pillows are in bad shape, our ac buttons were broken, the room had an odor, and it just didn't feel clean. Charging the prices they...

Don't have any preconceived ideas about this hotel. The staff is attentive and friendly and if your room has a problem they address it asap. This is an old chain hotel that was bought by Native American's. It serves a great need and purpose as housing can be incredibly hard to find. I stayed there 10 days before Christmas 2014...

I would stay here over and over again. The place was spotless, bed comfortable, staff friendly, offered tips of what was available in town. We arrived a little early and they happily admitted us and made sure that we got a handicapped room. I had my dog with me and there were place in the rear of the building available...

We were very pleasantly surprised (after reading some less than enthusiastic reviews) by the Cheyenne River Motel. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and very spacious, and we found it a nice place to spend a couple of nights while visiting friends. Breakfast was nothing special, and bed pillows were not good quality - but otherwise no complaints....

Staff were very nice. Leighla, Angela Leily, Breighton were very eager to help with whatever I needed. Rooms were clean and presentable. Parking was accessible. I would recommend this motel to others. The only thing they need is guest laundry

I am a traveling nurse staying at this motel. I am 1 week into my 3 month stay. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. However, I recently had a very bizarre experience happen. I keep my computer charger at the side of my bed, and one night I went to plug my computer in. I then...

It was late at night and the previous town was booked up. After reading the reviews of the Cheyenne River Motel we were a bit skeptical but it was clean, quiet and very adequate. While it's not the most up to date, our room was nice size and we were delighted it find it on a rainy night after 9PM....

I was in Eagle Butte visiting a friend doing some volunteer work on the res. I expected this to be horrible based on other reviews, but it wasn't. That does not mean it was good however. This hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality of the rooms. It was a warm day and the air in the room was on...
