Yes you can see a restaurant from hotel. No sidewalk and must walk on side of road (highway). Breakfast at the restaurant if fine. They also serve lunch and dinner which is okay. Not fancy. No alcohol. The bar is downtown about 2 blocks from restaurant. Their open country club serves meals and drinks, but check their schedule.
