This was a horrible experience. This hotel has really gone down hill in the past 2 years. Nasty roaches all over my room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was very limited. The hallway carpet is nasty.

Nasty hallways, dirt in all the corners, carpets smell and are dingy. Rooms are smoking so smell badly, no elevator for handicap access to second floor. Rude staff, breakfast is a joke, only saving grace is good location. Price comparable to other national but way less quality.

Dear Dorothy, Terribly sorry for your less than stellar experience at our Sleep Inn. The HVAC in the first room has been replaced due to you bringing it to the attention of our front desk staff. I thank you for that! Unfortunately our options were very limited the night that you stayed with us and the front desk staff member... More

The reception was very pleasant. I didn't have a reservation but they checked me right in. The room was clean and comfortable. I missed the breakfast the next morning, but there was a coffeemaker in the room and coffee. There is a Wal-Mart across the street and many other stores and restaurants within easy distance. The only "con" would be... More

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The rooms are a little tiny and somewhat outdated, but seemed to be in overall good condition. On at least three different occasions, my room keys stopped working, with the end result of me going to the front desk in order to get them recoded. Aside from the hotel, the surrounding area is pretty nice.... More

In all my stays around the East Coast, this is the first hotel with more than one floor which has no elevator. I had requested a first floor room when I made my reservations due to a recent foot injury. I not only was surprised when they told me a first floor room was not available, but surprised to learn... They said non smoking room. No!!! THERE IS no such thing here. All the rooms are saturated in smoke. Worst sleep inn I've ever been in. I have a splitting headache from smell of pot and CIG smoke and the interior is in dire need of restoration.

Filthy - Smelly - Worn Out I've stayed at Sleep Inn's before - but never again. The staff was "nice" but I wouldn't hire any of them to do my taxes - or clean my house - or ever run anything for me. This place defines "dump"! And whatever you do don't eat anything in that breakfast - just look... More

I'm sorry to say that this sleep Inn does not meet company standards. Hotel looks very dated inside, dust everywher, all the carpet in hallways looked filthy, doors looked like they had 10 plus layers of cheap paint and my bed was cheap. Shame on ownership and management for letting this place get in the condition it is in. Outside... More

My daughters and I called the front desk after finding 2 roaches in our room. The front desk clerk proceeded to tell me this is not a 5 star hotel and if we were not happy we could leave. The other option was (at 1:00 am) that I could walk downstairs and get some bug spray. Needless to say we... More
